He'll be on with Mike Evans, you'll be spared Irv & Joe.

I don't know if you're being spared anything by getting to listen to Mike Evans. He's about as whiny as you can get. Lou from Littleton has to be grouped with those 3 as the worst on-air personalities at the station with Sandy close behind.

talking to tatum now about the offseason, he says he is at 215 and has been running and keeping in shape and he is looking forward to training camp,
How is he different from last year, last year he said he had a big head and wasn't working as hard as he should and he states he has been working harder and been working on catching the ball
His biggest problem was learning the plays.. he said early in the season he wasn't studying his playbook like he was suppose to..
Battling injuries he says he's always had sprained ankles.
Talks about how hard it was to play with a hurt shoulder
says it takes about 10 carries for him to get warmed up
says he catches balls easily in practice but for whatever reason it hasn't been translating to the field, says he has been working harder this offseason doing 150 extra pass catching reps
says he thinks he will be the starter and that he had a good mini camp & they asked him about the competition and Tatum says they are all friends and they hang out together and help each other, but on the field its all competition
Word Association Game
Mike Anderson--hard worker, says Mike is looking real good, and states that Mike is his main competition
Quentin Griffin--says he is his boy and he is quiet and laid back and doesn't like the spotlight
Maurice Clarett--says they treat him like a rookie, and that he is quiet and keeps to himself,
says that in the next 2 weeks he is going home to see the family and keep working out and run at the high school so he will be ready for training camp

Hey - thanks! I was wondering when a Denver sports station was going to get back online. Does anyone know of any others?
We have three full-time sports talk stations here in Salt Lake City. It's horrible. All you get is the Jazz, BYU, the Jazz, the University of Utah, and the Jazz. Oh, and now - "Real Salt Lake" - the city's Major League Soccer entrant. Just awful!

This worried me.
I think what they were saying was that last season he got hurt a lot and how did he deal with the injuries, and he was talking in general about injuries and says more or less that he is use to the sprained ankles and that he hasn't had to deal with too many injuries until last year, except for nagging injuries like sprained ankles
I think the best thing out of this interview was were Tatum admitted to having a big head last year and not studying his playbook
thanks alot for your great summary, j4elway
no problem.. I was typing away as I was listening.
