View Full Version : Baja Bronco Breakfast
Sir Mawn

I just came back from having a most-enjoyable breakfast with Baja Fan here in a 16th century atrium here in Mexico City. It was great to finally meet a Maner or RMN poster after all these years.
It sure is good to talk to people who are actually optimistic about our upcoming season for a change! Not that I'm not, but Baja gave me a new perspective and suddenly I'm a little bit more excited about our chances.
How many of you have met and how many of you meet on a regular basis?
Thanks for the good time and for breakfast Baja!

Hogan, Blueflame (and Mr. Blue) and I met quite a few last September in Denver for the Charger game...including Orange 4 Life, Meck, BlueDamsel, Disco, Orangeknight... and I'm sure I'm forgetting quite a few. Hogan and I also met Alec, Tredici and GSRelyea in New Orleans. Oh yeah...we also met "reluctant" O'Maner Crow...BlueD and I tried to convert him into a Broncofan but didn't have much luck ;D

I may make it to another away game...the odds of it being Denver are low just because I would love to see a stadium I have not been too. Although it would be a blast to catch another Chiefs\Broncos game and spend more time at the OM tailgate. I had to jet pretty quick last year.

I want to meet SoCal as long I'm wearing OSU Buckeyes clothes, pez because he's just pez, and Nuggets4 and RhymesayersDU because we like talking about everything and sem to have a lot in common.
But you guys have to come to Cleveland, I'm not going anywhere.

I would like to meet you at that game in Cleveland next year. I would have to be wearing my Clarett jersey (Im glad you will be wearing OSU clothes so we will match as i want to get a Buckeyes Clarett 13 jersey saying "Hero" on the back instead of Clarett), Hurricanes hat and a big foam middle finger that says "Cleveland is Gay" for all the faithful at the game though. And then if its a really hot day, later i can take off the jersey and wear just a bright orange shirt that says in Blue "This is the real Orange, not that Dawg**** color that you guys call orange".

Man, you're really going to get your ass kicked by a bunch of Browns fans if you do that :)
I'll be at the Cleveland game, first time I walk into that stadium as an opposing fan, and I've seen the verbal brutality that Browns fans lay on them. Cleveland has rivals, but really they hate every team, in 1999 I went to a game with my dad against the Seahawks and Browns fans were even abusing those Seattle fans, I turn to my dad and asked "What has Seattle done to piss the Browns fans off?" my dad just looked at me and said "They're in the NFL."

The Gund is a great sporting venue, not a bad seat in the house, and from what I remember(considering it was 1998 the last time we made the playoffs) it is a rocking place for playoff games.

I didn't get a pass for just wearing a regular Nike T-shirt back in 2001 when I went to the Browns vs. Ravens game, I heard "wear ****ing Bowns clothes asshole!" numerous times, so I'm going to assume that the attire that you say that you'll be wearing won't be getting a pass as well.
And yes, they remember the 80's and hate us, only Steelers and Ravens have greater hate from Browns fans, they're bitter mother****ers about thsoe AFC title games like you wouldn't believe.
Hi to you Sir Mawn,

First of all, what makes you think I would go to a bar with a ****ing Tarhole fan? Second, if you get into a fist fight on some wierd occasion that we did end up in the same bar, you're on your own. I could help you out, but Im going to be busy ****ing the girl who's boyfriend is fighting. Third, go ahead and outdrink me. Take the hangover in the morning and the blacked out memories of the night with you. Meanwhile, Im getting just tossed enough to spit game and go to the motel room and bang.
