PFT on Bengals RB Chris Perry..

PERRY STILL IMPAIRED
Despite the consistent insistence by the team that their 2004 first-round draft pick has recovered from hernia surgery, we're hearing that Bengals running back Chris Perry is still struggling to get to 100 percent.
A league source tells us that Perry still hasn't run at full speed since last season, and that the team still doesn't know whether he'll be available for the opening of training camp.
Word is he's still having problems related to the hernia surgery. We reported at one point earlier in the offseason that Perry needs another surgical procedure, but we've yet to hear whether a second operation was performed.

Shanny said last year after Clayton got picked at 15, we were considering trading down into the back end of the first round and were looking at, among others, Chris Perry.
