Has anyone used any hardcore leather restoration products for car seat leather? I have the old Lexus ES300 from 1994, which is in great shape on the outside and engine, but the interior particulalry the driver's seat has seen much better days. I don't want to pay for it to be redone given the age of the car, but would like to try myself. Any recommendations would be usefull, otherwise I'll go for one of these $50 or so kits and have a crack at it.

Zymol has some nice leather conditioner and cleaner that my friend uses on his Mustang GT. 3 years old and 25k miles later the leather still looks brand new.
Also you can try Zaino http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=Z-10&Category_Code=Zaino
I've used their polishes and they work great, but never tried the leather cleaner. Although depending on how bad the leather is in your car, it may be beyond being fixed.
