For what? I mean, if he was speeding and forgot to pay a ticket, big deal.
Now if he murdered someone, I fully expect him to get off scott free.

Anyone been caught smoking or trafficking pot on the Canes? If not, I think OSU is one up on Miami right now.

Thats why i posted yesterday on the Doss thread that dont worry about the heat your getting, this would take attention away from it. Unfortuneatly this looks far more serious than pot.

We still had Irizarry to make up for any shooting that a Canes player might've taken part in, so we got that covered.
OSU is up 1 still.

I'm calling a spade a spade, not in OSU homer mode currently. It;s tough to talk about other schools misfortunes when our K gets busted for drug trafficking, our RB gets caught smoking pot, at OL gets in a bar fight, and a former safety gets caught shooting off rounds in the air.
I always have the SEC programs to point and laugh at though, South carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee have gotten into way more **** in just this offseason than OSU has in the entire Tressel era.

What a moron! You know, I understand that some of these guys might have grown up on the streets and all and might find it hard to disassociate from some of those friends who still gang bang, but damn. Give me millions of dollars and all the talent in the world and I guarentee you I find more positive people to surround myself with. It seems that more and more of these young athletes have this problem. Iverson in the NBA still keeps these fools around. Carmello was in a film about drugs and violence. It seems to me once you sign that contract, you know you have everything to lose and nothing to gain and they just don't seem to realize that. Idiots.

Miami police seek 'Skins Taylor
Former Hurricane is person of interest in assault case
Posted: Friday June 3, 2005 5:28PM; Updated: Friday June 3, 2005 5:28PM
MIAMI (AP) -- Miami-Dade County police were looking Friday for Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor as a person of interest in an assault case.
"We need to speak to him, we don't know if he's a victim, witness or suspect," said police spokesman Mary Walters.
The assault happened Wednesday night and shots were fired, Walters said. No one was injured.
Walters said she didn't have further details and police were still investigating.
Taylor's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, declined comment Friday. Taylor and the Redskins didn't immediately return phone messages seeking comment.
Taylor, who wants a new contract, is on an unexcused absence from the Redskins' offseason practice. He signed a seven-year, $18 million deal as the No. 5 overall draft pick in the 2004 draft.
The former Miami Hurricanes standout has had a litany of troubles. He has fired two agents, was fined for skipping one day of the NFL's mandatory rookie symposium and was accused of spitting on a player during a game at Cincinnati, although he was not punished because the league said there was no video evidence.
He was also charged with drunken driving in October, when he was pulled over at 2:45 a.m. after attending a birthday party for receiver Rod Gardner. Those charges were dismissed in January.

Usually when the police say that you're not a suspect, but that they just want to talk to you, what it really means is that you are in fact a suspect, and a pretty solid one.

In the DC area the fans had them going 16-0 and winning the superbowl last year. After the season, it because Gibbs just need time to get to understand the league, but next year watch out. Personnel I think Gibbs retires before they make the playoffs.

You must not have read all the early threads we've had about the Skins' pick, a couple people have pointed out that the pick won't be that high simply because Gibbs is there.

Too bad Sean Taylor comes from a middle class home and doesn't have the grew-up-in-the-ghetto excuse to fall back on. I wonder how Den LebRetard would spin this one. Gotta put most of the blame on Gibbs.
