just wanted to encourage anyone in the metro area to get behind these guys.

we went and saw our first game yesterday.
very fun. very exciting.
when they say its a "fans league", theyre on the money.

anyway, i just wanted to say that if anyone out there hasnt checked these guys out yet, you should consider it.
for not alot of money, you get alot of entertainment.
plus, with these guys meager salaries, theyre really out there to win and to entertain. not alot of ego.

56-48 crush, and a goal line stand (well inside the 10 anyway) under a minute to win it.

next week is the conference championship at the can.

The biggest problem is that fanfare is going on this weekend at the same time..

The other problem is the peanuts, otherwise I'd be up for it! :)

i thought about fanfare also, but this is a game, and i think that team needs and DESERVES our support.

they really do play hard, and they play to the fans.

after last weeks win, rashad floyd ran into the stands high fiving all the way.
then, he stopped midway back down to take off his helmet and give an old lady a kiss on the cheek.

pretty cool stuff. the autographs sessions after every game are also great for the kids.
these guys have an average salary of 30k a year. there's no flava clowns on this roster.

its just a fun experience.

we're looking into splitting season seats with another couple for next season!
