Thank God.

Now lets just Vote on these Judges and get back to the War.

Republicans planned it this way. You make like you want something more than what you really need so that you "settle" for what you really want. Now we can get our judges confirmed and move onto other things.

It's funny that the Republicans are arguing that the filibuster is unconstitutional. The Democrats were crying the exact same thing in 1993 when they felt the Republicans were keeping Clinton from enacting his programs.

It looks like your mind altering chip is malfunctioning.

Republican good....democrat bad. Clinton is the devil...Bush is an angel from God.

Repeat and rinse 200 times then come back and post like you are suppose to.

Apparently Owen, Brown, and Pryor will get a vote. While Myers and Saad will not. Doesn't mention the other 5 that were targets of fillibuster earlier. But then I haven't been keeping up so they might have already been resolved. Looks like the democrats were willing to give ground in Texas and Midwest but not California as both Myers and Saad were conservatives in California while Owen, Brown, and Pryor were of Texas and Ohio.

Hopefully because of McCain's actions today, he just sealed his fate and will never receive the nomination in '08.

If my son decided to go fight, I can't stop him. And wouldn't. He chooses not to at this point. You want me to push him in that direction? If we really need him, I'll ask him. If need be, mock's kitten's can probably fly fighters. Doesn't mean I want them to.

Those are their decisions. If something were to happen that our government asked for help, I think my son and the kittens would line right up for their country, but I can't really speak for them. As much as Slap thinks I'm some crazy war monger, I'm not. Some Soviet coined "peacefull coexistence" or was it a Klingon. Maybe a Vulcan or Romulan. At any rate, I'm not in the business of killing. I want my kid and the kittens to become doctors, dentists, electricians and strippers. They are all great kids and are the future glue. Matt is allready established as a top notch farmer. Lisa might go to the olympics as a runner. Andrew is going to be a Master Electrician. Michelle is a dentist. Three more are just still in school teasing dumbos.

Matt allready has almost half a million in equipment under his wing, and he's only 21. Not only that, we are running an operation from a thousand miles away in the Arkansas Delta. That means we need Semis and other equipment. It's a million dollar deal each year. I'm not bragging, it sucks. When Matt breaks down and bawls like a baby to me I prop him up.

You people don't know. I don't expect you to. At any rate, to have some fool tell me how the world runs isn't amusing, it's pathetic. Rolling over half a million isn't my delusion, it's freaking real.

And it's not bragging either, that's just what it takes. Sometimes my Nephew just breaks down and cries he works so hard. And he's a stud. He has worked so hard it's not even funny. So when Matt cries I listen.

Isn't it though? Of course, republicans control all three houses so it would be unthinkable that they think now is the time to push their agenda through in the form of new laws (like outlawing abortion, teaching "intelligent design" and making sure courts toe the conservative religious line).
