Hope the hospital and insurance can pick up a good part of that, bro. But at least you know what type of medicines you need to ensure good health. I wish you continued good luck and i am sure he will be up and about in no time at all, bro!

Wow did not see this. Thats great that they have figured out what the problem was and can now treat it. This is great news.

So this is something he got while in the hospital. That figures you dont expect to get sick while in the hospitial but I guess it happens.

The only place you can get it , what they narrowed it down to was when he was havin gall bladder surgery , someone didnt wash up right , or one of the instruments wasnt washed up .......... this has been going on since Nov. of last year .....

If thats what they have narrowed it down to they should at the very least be writting off all bills due now and in the future and be kissing some serious ass or prepare to be sued. Not washing hands or insturments is not acceptable. Im not a sue happy person but thats one case where I would be tempted to sue the **** out of them.

you are right it is damn tempting to sue , but chances are we wont sue , Casper is a small community , suing the Hospitial effects the entire community , we will force them to pay for all the Medical treatment , and the Medication ......

Thats the least I would do is make them w/o all charges. Then once it was over I would accidently smack a certain doctors BMW with my truck ;)

Just saw this as well.

Great news that his problem has been isolated. MRSA is becomming a bigger problem then hospitals want to admit. They pump patients with antibiotics so much that the bugs eventually evolve and become even nastier SOB's. While hospitals typically don't have your usual lower class bacteria around, they are known for being breeding grounds of some of the more nastier ones.

I dont think it would be your fault Spider if one day you were walking thru the hospital parking lot with a large bag of sugar and tripped and it accidently poured down the good doctors gas tank.

Well then go with something a bit more simple like a box of fruit loops on his lawn right after a good snow. Once the melting starts it makes a beautiful rainbow effect ;D

Sorry to hear about your dad's diagnosis, amigo.

And that prescription cost? WAY f*cked up, man!

I'm glad that at least you're no longer in the dark as to what's wrong.

All the best,
