Bill Williamson, of the Denver Post, reports Denver Broncos CB Jeremy LeSueur may be converted to safety.
Good, its where he belongs. He makes smart, heady plays and has good around the ball skills, plus he's a good tackler. His big problem is he's too slow for CB. Should be a strong FS.

What did you guys give for him? a 2nd or 3rd rounder? or was he taken later?

He got his shot at corner last year and didn't cut it. No surprise that he will be moved to FS as that was where he was projected last year when we took him.

Bust!
He was a late third round pick. Watts and Tatum Bell were our 2's last year. At Michigan LeSueur performed very well, but simply doesn't have the speed to play on an NFL level WR. As a FS he'll bring above average speed, average to above average tackling ability, and very solid coverage skills. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he ends up stealing Ferguson's job.

I figured he would move to FS the day he was drafted. He isn't bad but I never thought he would be a NFL CB.
He will be a lot better suited in the NFL at Saftey.

His hernia didn't help his growth. Lets wait to see what he can do people.
