Just wondering... What would it take for us to make a trade for either of their first round picks? I don't have draft value calculator handy, but since teams are trying to trade down, i would think there's gotta be a chance for us.

we could get Ware or C rodgers at #11- it would take our1st, 2nd and early 3rd at least IMO

There was...and it has passed.
There were discussions about a possible trade of Trevor Pryce that would've involved our #1 & a move up to 11, but they petered out.
I can't see Denver making another attempt...I understand that Parcells is absolutely gonzo over Shawne Merriman...reports say he sees a Lawrence Taylor resurrection in this guy.

I heard/read that Ware has risen above Merriman on the Cowboys draft charts. Also heard/read the Vikes are pretty high on Merriman theirselves and may use the #7 on him and their later first rounder.
With this being such a deep first round for DL. I don't see why the Cowboys would take a chance on Pryce with his contract and injury concerns especially if one of their two guys are left.

That looks right based on the calculator I used. We'd have to make that a #3 next year since we don't have one this year.
I see two problems with moving up:
1) Assuming the draft falls in order, whose worth giving up 3 picks? There aren't a ton of guys worth a move like that. Now, if BMW were to fall, that'd be different.
2) That's a significant jump in pay scale.
