Anybody else coming to this one? Just got an email from a cute Bronco gal that we met in New York! She said she is coming! I know we have a few single tailgaters out there?

hmm I'm starting to feel like a dating service with all the emails I've been getting from people about the tailgate pics we post. I get emails like "Who was the guy in the orange hat, or is Disco man single, or who is the girl in the blue? etc etc.

What do you think we are www.OF1matchservice.com? Ha!

I will try and grab them off of Dan's camcorder and post a few. Thanks to Meck, the safety bar was put to good use.

FYI, we won't be rolling out the school bus this weekend as Dan is off to the Bahamas, and with the way I drink, I ain't going to try driving a 40' piece of retired DPS equipment. Y'all can drive home safely knowing that I will be using RTD this weekend :alky:

See you this weekend,

Yeah, that is weak. I will try to redeem for Baltimore. The tub is up on the back but needs a new heater element. Seems the fools who salvaged it were a little over zealous in there quest to dismantle it for transportation. :hitself:

I will swing by OF1 and take my abuse.

I am going to be taking my 9 year old to his first ever Regular Season game...he is so excited. He has been to a couple pre-season but you know how that doesn't even compare.

I will probably take him a little early to walk around the parking lots to show him all the "fans" and show him dad isn't the only crazy one out there!!!!!

Any suggestions where I should stroll him by to see some other rabid fans?

Welcome to the Mane! In your post you said "rapid fans". I assuming you meant Broncos fans! Come by our spot space #31 lot CR-V and we'll point in you towards woody's/hatmans/barrel mans tailgate and a few others that welcome in tailgaters.

I've called the guy and he won't return my call.

Found this little baby though! Not exactly practical though.

Anybody know of a company that rents hot tubs in Denver?:Maybe we can line one up for the raider game!thumbsup:

That's going to be a cold one!

http://www2.yardiac.com/long.asp?item_id=14707

*edit*

He just called back! 265 for an 8 person tub...350 for a 16 person tub!

He's booked this weekend though. It's supposed to be 60 degrees anyway. I'm thinking the Raider game would be a good one to drop the 16 person tub!

I've got a friend looking for 2 tickets to the Jet's game. I went to eBay and there are a fair amount of tickets available for at or it looks like even below face value. Hopefully - you don't bid on my friends tickets but if you are looking they are there - even this late. You can click on the Ticket catagory and use the Ticket Finder to scope down to the Jets game.

For those having trouble finding lot C (ok, that's not really possible but..) we'll have a big tailgate this weekend in Lot R. Feel free to stop by... We've got a geat group of folks in our area and the stereo will be cranked. No hot tub though...

Ok 22 hours to go and we will be in the lot!

What we are bringing........

3lbs of the best Carne Asada meat! with all the trimmings(salsa, jalepenos, tortillas etc) We also will be packing about 90 beers and some soda oh and a bus!

A couple people asked me what to bring I'd suggest beer or something to BBQ.
Hamburgers/brats you name it.

If you see this post and can bring something to bbq post it here so we know what we'll have to work with and avoide duplication.

Bronx is Jim (I think he name was bringing some BBQ grub?)

that's it I think it's time I move to Denver

We'll be here waiting for you and can help! You wouldn't be the first Broncos fan I've moved to town.

Just to really get your wheels spinning take a look at how many homes are for sale via HUD. These are homes that have gone into foreclosure and are up for auction.

There were not this many good deals several years ago. This is only a very small fraction of the amount of homes for sale in the Denver area right now. This is a buyers market without a doubt.

Click on the link and select your city. ie Denver/Aurora etc

http://hud2.towerauction.net/e7/gen_list/CO.htm

Heres one I looked at the other day. 162k in Aurora. This house is 2,000 finished sq/feet. New roof, new windows, new heater...new new new The picture looks rough since nobody has done any yardwork for awhile. This house is about 20 mintues to the stadium. Or wait maybe its 20-30-50 minutes to the stadium? lmao (inside joke folks you had to be there when NY77 was trying to give us directions while driving OF1 thru New Jersey)

http://hud2.towerauction.net/cgi-bin/e7_select_property.cgi?id=052255479&office=e7&state=CO

I'm not suggesting these are all good deals. Not all of them are but it will give you an idea of what you buy a modest home for in this area right now. Keep in mind most of these are entry level homes as those are the ones that usually end up being foreclosed on.

We are set.

Did 'ol school day at 'Ol Number 7's. Put out old school flag. the Morton jersey and had everyone over wear something old school. A shutout just like the old school days. Had some 90 proof Jack Daniels that hasn't been distilled since the old days. Nursing an ol school hangover today.

This is my first post here. I would just like to thank Jimmy and Mike for inviteing my family and I into the most kick a#$ bus on the planet this weekend!! I took my wife and my 5 year old daughter to the game this weekend. We just got back to Illinois, 13 hour trip. I just had to come on here to tell you all thanks and that It was really nice to hang with you all for a bit.

I go to a game in Denver every year and KC and Indy whenever possible. I will be on here quite often now and hope to see you all again next year or sooner.

Just a bit of history here. We live in Illinois right across the river from Saint Louis and the Rams. My daughter was born on superbowl sunday the year the Rams won it. Every baby in the nursery had Rams pennuts (SP?) hung in their cribs. I made the nurses take that garbage down and put her first jersey that she came home in on her crib. She is now realllllly into the Broncos. My wife says that I have her brain washed but I call it an education. LOL

I was in the Elway throwback jersey, my wife was in the Rod Smith and my daughter had the Bailey.

Well again thanks. It was a great time!!!!
