As a college football fan have many to choose from. If I had to choose one, it would be Georgia-Florida because of how much fun the fans have and the great scenery.

Funniest college football memory was when Georgia opponent (can't remember who its was) was running down the sideline and UGA, the Georgia Bulldog mascot who usually just lays around, went right for the guys jewels.

I'm glad you explained that those were your favorite rivalries, because a couple of them aren't considered anywhere near the top rivalries nationally. Brewers vs. Cubs? ???

Anyway...moving on...

I can't think of another rivalry nationally that has had more impact on American sports culture than Yankees-Red Sox...in any sport...

Bears-Packers would probably come close to the Yankees-Red Sox rivalry because of the rich tradition between those two teams.

That was against Auburn, I've seen the clip of it before, I'll try to find it.

And the best college rivalry is Michigan vs. Ohio State in football.

I voted Broncos-raiders.

Just a long history of hate there from the front office on down. Of course, with free agency I think almost all rivalries lost a little something as far as players go.

In college, I'd have to go with Miami/FSU in football, and UNC/Duke in B-ball.

I don't know about all time, I just know what I consider to be huge ones to me:

Broncos vs. Raiders.....I've said it many times, if Denver went 2-14 on the year and those two wins were against the Fade, I'd still consider it a successful season....I hate that team with a passion.

Expos vs. Braves - When Montreal was still Montreal, there were a few years where they could've broken on through to the post season, if it wasn't for this arrogant bunch in Atlanta trying to be the Yankees of the NL. I grew to hate them more and more with each passing year......now, the NL East means nothing to me anymore, but I still resent and hate the Braves.

Now that I'm firmly in the Pirates camp....the Cubs seem to be a huge nemesis, can't seem to beat those guys.

Just a few short years ago Wings/Avs was voted the fiercest rivalry on a national level.

It fades since all the ice has melted in the rinks. But back in the day even people with only marginal awareness of hockey knew the intensity of every single game played between those two teams.
