I can't say for sure but April Fools is about the worst day to cruise a messageboard.

My trusty fav is to take out a classified ad on something the victims owns like a car, house, motorcycle, dog, etc. My buddy had a nice Acura TL that had maybe 10K miles on it. It was his baby. I put out an ad in the San Diego union Tribune asking $9k for it. He got a lot of calls on his car.

I once made a thread saying some high named player was traded to another team for nothing in return.

He jumped out of bed, wearing nothing but his shorts, ran out the back door, and vaulted over two privacy fences, before he was attacked by a dog.

One year when I was still growing up, I was riding in the car with my mom. I kinda made a point of constantly looking behind us, and then finally asked my mom why the cop behind us was flashing his lights. Of course there was no cop behind us but my mom slammed on the brakes and immediately pulled over. You shoulda seen the look on her face......

My wife's birthday is today. We don't do April Fool's jokes. I think she got over them by about her 5th birthday party. I can't say I blame her.
