I don't want to read that much into this but....

Off season workouts begin on Monday.

I think people will get a good idea where Trevor's head is in just a few days.

If he shows up for the start of these workouts on Monday you could argue that he is showing good faith to Denver...that bridges are NOT burned..that he is committed to football and that perhaps a deal could get done to keep him here at least one more year.

If he doesn't show up and decides to keep working on his music in LA...then you have to wonder about his commitment to his football goals in Denver and/or his desire to be traded elsewhere.

IMHO, If he doesn't show up...his trade value will take a little dip and it becomes more of a buyers market.

I hope that Watts shows up and puts on 6-7 lbs. of muscle and works on his hands catch the ball more consistantly.

Tatum Bell needds to come in and beef up to keep healthy.

CBF1 has never stopped working out this off season.... alot of BarBQ and beer to keep in tailgate shape. I am 100% behind my Broncos!

Watts AND Lelie both will come in with a little more bulk.

Lelie reported for work-outs a month ago...well, the beginning of March. Watts has been working with the trainers to add bulk AND retain his speed since the end of the season (taking the last week of January & nearly all of February off).

I've heard that Lelie has a weight goal of 195 (he was 189 at the end of the 2004 season, so it's not a big jump), while Watts will add about 7 lbs to hit a target of 190.

Ultimately, the team would like both in the 195-200 lb range, but the higher figure might be a bit much for Watts

Just for grins, I just checked the official site roster.

The Broncos have Lelie listed at 200 lbs & Watts @ 188

OK...and Ted Gregory was 6-3, while Chester McGlockton weighed in at 310

NFL rosters are littered with wishful thinking

OK, I'm assuming you're asking about Bell.

All I know is that no-one has notified the team that they cannot begin team work-outs April 4, so I assume Bell will be there.

Adding weight bulk to RBs is, and always has been a progressive process...unless you add a few steroids to the mix like they did in the 70's & 80's.

Young people...especially athletes...and ESPECIALLY professional athletes have really high metabolisms and tend to burn off weight...the idea now is to add bulk.

Trainers take a very scientific approach to it now, but it's still pretty slow.

I assume Tatum will still remain rather lean, but I've heard nothing about any attempts to add more weight...just bulk through work-outs for durability

The big name to look for April 4 will be Trevor Pryce...IF he shows in a week to ten days of April 4th, it might signal a better chance that he'll remain with the team at least one more year
