Maybe to be eligible to vote in a Federal election you should have an IQ over 100, a 4-yr college degree, own property and a small business.

Age should not be an issue, but maybe - I say, maybe - a combination of the above attributes should be a requirement.

I haven't given this a lot of consideration, so I'm throwing it out there for input.

You're on the right track, but I believe you just have to be smart enough to know how to fill out a ballot properly... ugh!~

(Barring the usual GOP election fraud and dirty tricks, that is.)
