Three Rockies Players Tossed From Suns-Nuggets Game
Suns Owner Reportedly Warned Men Several Teams Before Having Them Escorted Out
PHOENIX (March 30) - Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver ordered security guards to remove three Colorado Rockies players from America West Arena on Monday night for their conduct while seated directly behind him during a game against Denver.
The Arizona Republic reported that Sarver warned the men several times about violating standards of fan behavior before having them escorted out of the arena.
"When they violate that policy and don't adhere to a number of warnings, they need to leave," Sarver told the newspaper.
Rockies spokesman Jay Alves said outfielder Matt Holliday and pitchers Shawn Chacon, Brian Fuentes and Javier Lopez attended the game, but that he was not sure who was ejected. The Rocky Mountain News identified two of the three who were ejected as Chacon and Fuentes.
"We're aware of the situation and we're looking into it," Alves said.

LOL I don't blame them! Baseball players probably hear every offensive insult in the book and they envy us because we have so much fun yelling at them.

Hell if i would have been at that game i would have gotten my @$$ thrown out to, there were some horrible calls down the stretch. you know Furious George saw the baseball boys get tossed, and had himself tossed so he could go hang.

One of hte guys on the Nugs board I post on got kicked out of a Suns - Nugs pre-season game for yelling at Amare Stoudemire. I can't remember if he got arrested for it or not (solo, do you remember?)

Why do I think fans around Sarver are held to a different standard to those who would be seated behind me? Jackass.
I was at that game and it must not have been much of an incident because I had a great seat row 14 mid court across from the bench and never saw them getting tossed but I did see the fat ass George Karl getting tossed but he was right about the calls. Denver got jobbed.
