Repost due to poll creation error. Pick one player from each team.

Note: the selected players become free agents and will not become Donks.

Gonzo, Gallery, LT2

Where's the "Goonther the Savior" option?

Grove/Gallery, Gates, and Roaf.

I'd take TG from the Chiefs, except that I'd want Antonio Gates more... So scratch that. I'd take Roaf, except that he's too old to matter. Plus, I'd rather have Galler at this point in time. I'd take Ternt Green, except that in any other system he'd suck. I'd take Holmes, but we don't need a back-up runningback... So I'll take a first round draft pick instead.

Sheilds and Roaf from KC LT and Gates from SD Gallery and Moss from the Raiders. Oak was tuff choice between Woodson, Moss, and Grove.

Can you people not read? The Donks don't get the players you pick.

I would build an entire team around LT2, I think he is easily the best back in the league right now.

Oh hell, it can stand.

Pretty sure we had a "take one player from an AFC West rival and put it on your team" poll not too long ago, though.

I picked Gonzo, Gallery, and Donnie Edwards.

Gonzo b/c there isn't anybody else on the Chiefs that I like or even worth it for that matter.

Gallery b/c the real guy that I would love to have from the Faid wasn't on the list. Shane Lechler!!! A guy like Shane Lechler in Denver would easily give us a +60 yards per game in the field postion battle!

Edwards b/c Tatum looks like he'll be great so no need for LT. Already took Gonzo so no need for Gates. Edwards is a playmaker, always around the ball and capable of making the "big play". Imagine a LB corps of Gold, Wilson, Williams and Edwards!!!

It almost as much fun as watching KC D stop someone.

Alright, I'll join in since this thread has gone to ****.

I would take Champ Bailey from the Broncos.

I would take Robert Gallery from the Raiders.

I would take Donnie Edwards or Jamal Williams from Sandy Eggo, can't decide.

KC-Holmes-without him its just Johnson and we don't know enough about him. would limit Greens effectiveness.
Oak-Porter-i think Bailey can handle Moss but i am not confident that Walls can stop Porter. This would let us win the game. shut down moss and let curry beat us.
SD-Tomlinson-he is their real threat. No passing game without a running game, and LT would hurt the passing game by himself.

How did Jared Allen make the list?

I don't think anybody is all that excited about a project out of Idaho State.

He's the only real pass-rush threat on our defense. I had to include at least ONE KC defender. ;D

If we took Goonther away from the Chefs it would totally destroy their defense. They would be just as crappy as they were under GRob. Oh, wait........

I'd take Gallery, Waters and Tomlinson.

Donnie Edwards
Al Wilson
Kendrell Bell.

id like to get promising youngsters mainly. From the chiefs, i would go with Jared Allen, he was a great pass rusher this year, actually got a few votes for DROY. From San Diego i would take Gates. From oakland i would take gallery.

LT2 This should be a public poll.

Let me take a stab at the true intent of the thread (even though it's fun seeing Bob confuzzled)...

I would eliminate LT2 from the Chargers. Without the star running back, the Chargers are looking at the basement once again. Granted, they didn't improve until they got players around him, but LT2 is still the heart and soul of the Chargers.

i feel dirty just looking at the list.

If I could take one player off of each division rival and add them to my team (f*** the rules here!) I'd go with this:

Denver: Champ Bailey (would have been Pryce but not until I know his back is better)
Kansas City: Tony Gonzalez
San Diego: LaDanian Tomlinson

In terms of the thread itself - just deleting somebody from their rosters in order to weaken them without strengthening yourself, it would go like this:

Denver: Jake Plummer.
Kansas City: Trent Green.
San Diego: LaDanian Tomlinson.

For all of those, kiss the offense goodbye if those guys are gone.

Crushaholic

OK...I covered the Chargers with LT2. Now, the other two teams...

From the Chiefs, I would take away Brian Waters. He's clearly their best OT and I think the offensive line would crumble without him...taking TrINT with them...

From the Raidas, it would be Joey Porter. As much as I hate to admit it, he's one of the better WRs in the NFL and it would take away a weapon from Collins. Nobody knows just what the effect Moss will have on the team, but I'm just basing my picks on last year.

TheNextStep

The good news is that Joey Porter isn't on the Raiders, so I think we'd be able to rebound from it pretty quickly, Crushaholic.

If Jamal Williams was on the list, he would be my pick from the Chargers.

Great choice, chanesaw. I thought about him, too. The only reason I went with Tomlinson is because taking Williams hurts the Chargers.... but taking Tomlinson destroys them.

The Gay Bladers: Jano, obviously. He's a nice boy. He also the only man on that team.
