I just bought this and installed it...it's a huge difference from my old CPU fan. It's practically silent. The old one was like a banshee.

If you want a good, cheap, QUIET cooler for your processor, I can reccomend this one!

A real fan, I thought you were going to post a cold budwieser on top of a CPU or a frozen chef fan straight from a loss at Arrowhead in December.

this is for a Socket A chipset only....

by the way, you could use an upgrade. :dummy:

Socket A or Socket 370. Either way...old!

I have effectively attached a 5000 btu air conditioner to the side of my HP and can run at temperatures below -10 but it is far from silent (the only drawback) but on the good side i can cool the room on top of superior frame rates!
