Figured I'd start this up, since about every other message board has a thread started about the kid.
Noel Devine is a RB out of Ft. Myers that is not a senior until the 06-07 season, but he is an amazing player and is getting national publicity already. A 5'7 180 pounder with unreal moves, 4.25 40 and just vision that is incredible.
Here's a good page on him and at the bottom is a vid clip that you can watch, showing big runs and TD's that he had, just crazy skills.

I have a friend that goes to the same school and knows Noel, says he is a Florida State fan but isn't looking at recruiting yet and wants to go to the best school for him, not just his favorite. Hopefully he comes to OSU to be like his favorite player, Eddie George :)
