Could Kim Jong-Il be the second of the Axis of Evil dictators to fall? Rumors are swirling that he may have been killed or otherwise pushed aside. Apparently North Korea has suddenly changed course and expressed interest in returning to the six party talks with China, Russia, Japan, South Korea and the US.
