This is one of the strongest UVA teams in awhile...and one of the weaker Miami teams too...
Should be interesting...right now UVA is looking like the better team

ill tell ya, its so damn frustrating when i know we can win these kind of games yet we just dont execute. not taking anything away from Miami though they played a great game, congrats SoCal.

Thanks anubis. unfortuneatly we got the UCLA-Oregon game here so i wasnt able to watch but rather had to follow it from another message board. I am happy guys like Roscoe, Frank Gore and Brock came through even though fans have maligned them recently.

The Canes smacked the crap out of them in the 4th...is was great to watch. Tough teams both of them though. I Wish the college season ended right now.

yea, the whole ACC is a toss up this year. i mean, even Clemson lost to Duke today so anything can happen in this conference. :tearhair:

This may seem a bit strange, but I really think that the 4th down FG at the end of the game was actually what Miami intended to do.
Call the timeout, but get it just before the ball is snapped so the kicker can still kick the ball to get a rogh estimate if he has the distance and accuracy to make it.
Makes sense, Miami missed the FG and then went for it on 4th down afterwards.

perhaps, for myself i still think that time expired before he even got the timeout but according to the commentators Coker had planned to take the timeout before they even kicked it. either way, you just cant give up a td in that situation, at least make them earn it. :-/
