He bro, who you votin' 4 Biatch?

You do the crime, you do the time, and once our off the Parole, you can vote.

Is this unreasonable? The question is how this happened. Do you just think just maybe that an Operative signed them up and were caught?

Next thing they will do is challenge the law.

As I said before.

Democrats have allready filed 35 suits, 21 have been looked at, and 21 thrown out. Not only that, they were such bullcrap, they were thrown out without comment. That means the court found them ludicrous suits. It's incredible. And don't even tell me it's some BushCorp Conspiracy. Even the 9th Circut had to peel back Seattle which is amazing.

This time, because there is an incumbent instead of an open election, it's going to really come out. The voter fraud from the democrats will be proven 12/1.

They don't waste crack in Cali. They are using it in Ohio.

Virtually every evidence of voter fraud has been by Democrats.

Also, there is evidence of extreme voter fraud where democratic operatives have acted like republicans and acted out, then parlayed that into a scandal.

It's literally incredible and condoned by Kerry. They push an operative into a republican center, then try to find improprieties, or create themselves, only to be "found" in a trash can.

doesn't this sound rather familiar ala Dan Rather?

"We found the evidence in a trash can"

It's so disgracefull I am embarrased for the Democratic Party to use such tactics. The media won't report it, but Democratic Lies and Extortion have reached a level not seen in 70 years.

You even have a Minnesota Senator cutting tail in a scare tactic to try to secure Minnesota in a total stunt.

Now let me ask you this. If a Minnesota Senator is willing to feign an escape from Washington what does it say to you? Not one other Senator blinked.

100 Senators, 1 Freaks out.

First, if he has credible evidence, they should be moved right? Oh the threat is real, but why didn't anyone else move?

I suppose Bush told them all to stay or he would shoot them like Hitler? Remember the early Kerry ad?

I'm sure that is what you are selling your kids to defend your pathetic self....

We are the winners in life, we got a great big screen TV that covers the whole width of our trailer and pick up truck that runs good and enough money left over to buy a case of Hamms, a carton of cigs and lotto tickets each week...and I don't have to answer to anybody...now that's good livin' kids."

You know I was just talking about this very type of situation at work yesterday. A co-worker of mine is on defferred adjudification probation for a felony. He was wondering if he is permitted to vote. Not that he will vote, he is only 19 and doesn't know nor care enough to have a valid opinion and has said he wont vote because he doesnt know enough (thank god. an uninformed voter is worse than a fringe nutjob from either side, id rather people just stay home if they have not kept up with policies of each candidate instead of just voting party lines just "because").

Anyway, I think each state is different with regards to state elections but on federal elections I BELIEVE this is how it works. A conviction of a felony prohibits a person from voting until that person has fully and completely served his or her criminal punishment for his or her crimes. However, in cases where there is only a charge but no conviction (pleading to a lesser crime) or the felony is deferred adjufication probation, then the law does not cover it.

Now, back to convicted felons. Obviously those serving prison sentences will be unable to vote. And those in the free world still under the supervision of parole and/or probation are unable to vote. Once they have served their punishment however, their debt to society has been paid and their voting priveledges (it is indeed a PRIVELEDGE) are restored.

It's state to state. Since there are county or state issues on most ballots how would you keep someone from voting on the presidency?

I always bring Happy Happy Joy Joy to the Forum.

What am I going to do if they let felons vote against state law? Why don't you people get back on topic?

The fact of the matter is they were trying to register 6000 felons.

Yeah, but the 6,000 felons thing is old news already. The new purpose of this thread is for these two numbnuts to pee all over the patches of weeds in front of each other's doublewides.

Its not state to state Beerslug. You cant vote in Texas on deferred adjudification probation on felony charges but you can still vote for the federal ballots.

If it were state to state, Texas law would apply to these people as well but it does not.

Like I said, it's state to state if we're talking about being able to vote for president.

Ohio Felons Allowed To Exercise Their Voting Rights
In Ohio, felons can vote as long as they are no longer in prison.
