I see you guys as having a similar front 7 to Tampa. Smallish disruptive DT's and fast LB's. We will have some success running the ball inside due to the sheer size of our OL. I expect a steady diet of Zeroue and Crockett.

I expect a similar game plan to when we played Tampa. Using Lechler to pin you guys deep and make you drive the whole field. Droughns is in the Duce Staley, Travis Henry mould. I think we can contain him. Our DL isn't easily influence blocked, since they arent supposed to penetrate but rather play head up and maintain their 2 gaps. I think they can successfully wall off Drougns and allow the pursuit to catch up with him.

Just some thoughts. I don't believe in any way this is a blowout and believe that Oakland will absolutely cover if not win outright.

There are alot of cases where the spread is a 6 pt diff. But if you look at most cases it is around 4 pts. The spread doesn't even have to be accurate who is the better team (ex. Yankees were dogs to beat the Red Sox at start of series) but which way the bookies can get even votes. Last year we were 2pt dogs in KC but 2pt favorites at home. At that point KC's record was 10-1 and we were actually favorites. I would bet if NE played in seattle this week they would be 1 point favs. The bookies just don't go and swing 6 points everytime and I still believe we would be 5.5-6.5 favs at home not 8.

Sunday at Arrowhead: In a football stadium sprinkled with notorious Oakland Raiders fans, how could chaos be avoided? Wouldn't drunken brawls break out everywhere?
Before the game, I met up with Kansas City police officers James Coleman and Travis Stuteville, to see a Chiefs game day from their perspective. They work the games off-duty, paid by the Chiefs but under auspices of the KCPD.
Coleman-Stuteville are responsible for Sections 335 through 340, an upper-level area in the end zone above Gate G. By their estimate, the sections contain 1,500 fans.
Despite a lone Raiders fan who was so drunk by the first quarter he could barely get up the steps, all was sweetness and light for most of the game. Not so much as a sloshed beer - until the last few minutes of the game.
"It was crazy," said Sgt. Rick Sticken, the KCPD's top guy at Arrowhead. "It just erupted, and I don't know why."
I'll lay out those last few minutes later today. Meanwhile, here are fan arrest/ejection results from Sunday's game. There were five ejections and six arrests:

1 for hit-and-run (colliding with a bus and trying to driving away, only to be chased down by police)
1 person who got involved enough with officers that police checked for outstanding warrants, and found one.
2 for disorderly conduct. This can range from obnoxious language to annoying police so much they arrest you (although my impression was it's hard to get arrested at a Chiefs game. You basically have to arrest yourself).
2 for assault, i.e., fighting.
I witnessed two of the ejections. I'll blog about those and other interesting stuff I saw later today. Here are updated fan arrest stats:

I've been to, I think, each of the last 4 Raiders games at Arrowhead, and this one was the one where I saw the least trouble.

There is exponentially more trouble in the upper level sections (the 300 numebred sections like described here than when I've sat in the lower level it seems... I guess the Fade fans can't afford the prime seats.
