He is the AFC Special Teams player of the week.
In four weeks we have had two S.T. players of the week and one S.T. player of the month. We have vastly improved this season in that area.

elam will be the best fantasy kicker theis year due to our poor redzone O.

No disagreement with the production in the redzone, but hitting from the 49 and 50 makes him even more valuable.

Nice and Congrats on the new little guy, Jason!
(I wonder who did get the game ball??? )
But all that pales in comparison to the true blessing of Elam's past few weeks -- the arrival of his youngest child, Joshua Matthew Elam. He was born on Sept. 23, checking in at seven pounds and 10 ounces.
"He was staying up quite a bit at night, obviously, with the baby and his wife," Head Coach Mike Shanahan said. "For him to come in under those circumstances and have a couple of clutch kicks is really a credit to him. He's a winner."
But not the winner of a game ball, to Shanahan's retrospective chagrin.
"The only thing I regret after that game is that I didn't give him a game ball," Shanahan said.

I know Shanahan gave one game ball to Griffin.

The other game ball went to John Lynch.

Griffin got the game ball? For what? What the f*ck did he do to deserve a game ball?
Droughns, DJ, Lynch and Elam should have got game balls.
Everyone else played like sh*t.
