How the hell do you sue a country? Does every time a stupid ass American screws something up overseas can they start suing the United States as well? What a waste of time.

There is a guy here in Charleston who has been putting together a simular case. The Motley law firm, this is the same guy who sued ciggerette companies and won. It seems in America these days its always someone elses fault.
