Don't you hate it when you're not respected in the morning?
Not by a single guy on the whole damn team!

GOP backs away from Miller’s blast
Democrat ‘speaking for himself,’ Bush aide says
After gauging the harsh reaction from Democrats and Republicans alike to Sen. Zell Miller’s keynote address at the Republican National Convention, the Bush campaign — led by the first lady — backed away Thursday from Miller’s savage attack on Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry, insisting that the estranged Democrat was speaking only for himself.
Late Thursday, Miller’s name was removed from the list of dignitaries who would be sitting in the first family’s box during the president’s acceptance speech later in the evening. No explanation was immediately offered, but the change was made only a few hours after Laura Bush, asked about Miller’s deeply personal denunciation of his own party’s nominee, said in an interview with NBC News that “I don’t know that we share that point of view.”

Talk about date rape...
Zell better see a doctor tomorrow and see if that rectum can be surgically repaired.

Heh heh heh.
They didn't realize their keynote speaker had a screw loose ...
(Until Wolf Blitzer and Judy Woodruff looked at him sideways.)
They thought he was great (this is not the first time Zell gave that speech) 'til they heard the reaction and saw how nuts he was in interviews. It's not every day your keynote speaker challenges a TV pundit to a duel.
Too late. He's yours. You can have him, we don't want him. He's too nuts for us.

Maybe dumping Zig Zag like a bad one-night stand was pre-planned.
How else could they get their "HATE KERRY" on prime time TV and still walk away with clean hands?
Sweet Laura was shocked -- my ass.

Poor Zell--he never did understand what happens when you swim with sharks.
He should've gone to Times Square and asked a prostitute for advice:
"Take the money and run, girl!!"

Jesus, how many times can you spam yourself?
MSNBC? Whatever dude. Spin it all you want. That's what you get by inviting the trash to the party. I doubt they knew he was that angry. He was pissed off, and it looked pretty genuine to me.
Laura Bush only said she didn't agree with everything he had to say. Your totally overplaying this, just like you were not coherent enough to read the latest Rasmussen poll. That was certainly funny. God your a fool.

Ignore him. He's pissed because Zell went against his party and made Kerry look like an idiot, and himself at the same time. Something only a democrat could do.
He's also pissed because he knows Bush is going to get a big bump in the polls and that it will more then likely be enough to win the election.
Kerry's screwed the pouch and LABF can't take it.
I can only wait to hear his response when Bush wins the election. That should be fun.

Um, how did you get "he's pissed" out of anything said here, genius?
I'm LMFAO @ Zig Zag (especially his invitation to "duel" Tweety.)
You seem to have some real trouble with perception--even with little things.
...and made Kerry look like an idiot
Hilarious!
Yeah, Zig Zag's appearance at Nazi-Con 2004, his subsequent meltdown on Hardball, and his getting booted to the curb after being used like a $2 crack ho by the GOP somehow reflects on Kerry (and not the folks who hired Zell to put on his little dog and pony show.) Makes perfect sense.

Zell wasn't the only buffoon at Nazi-Con 2004:
Austrian historians ridiculing Schwarzenegger's memory
VIENNA, Austria (AP) -- Austrian historians are ridiculing California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for telling the Republican National Convention that he saw Soviet tanks in his homeland as a child and left a "Socialist" country when he moved away in 1968.
Recalling that the Soviets once occupied part of Austria in the aftermath of World War II, Schwarzenegger told the convention on Tuesday: "I saw tanks in the streets. I saw communism with my own eyes."
No way, historians say, challenging Schwarzenegger's knowledge of postwar history -- if not his enduring popularity among Austrians who admire him for rising from a penniless immigrant to the highest official in America's most populous state.
Also discusses a few other problems with Herr Gropenator's memory. Full story:

Oh, and have you ever noticed LABF's posts are never Pro-Skerry, they're always Anti-Bush. Could it be even LABF isn't sold on Skerry? If he is representative of the support Skerry is getting than it's all over for the demoncats.

I've yet to hear a Democrat tell me why Kerry is good outside of the "Well he's not Bush and that's all you need" mind set. This is why they will loose. Their whole argument is as follows:
"Vote for Kerry! Bush sucks!"
"Why Kerry?"
"Because he'll stop what Bush is doing, and what Bush is doing is wrong!"
"What will Kerry do?"
"Not what Bush is doing."
"I see..." ::)

Kerry appearing on the Comedy Show to ignore Stewart's direct questions was classic. Kerry doesn't even have the balls to face the swifties, because he knows he's made, and there is yet another shoe to drop.
Don't you people realize that Kerry went on "The Comedy Show" and was having trouble even there on softballs?
If you want to spit out your day old flat Ole Mill all over your skidmarked polyester/cotton fruit of the loom briefs "Pat Bowlen" be my guest.

In an election like this one, a guy like Kerry sells himself inasmuch as a common house plant would be an improvement over the drooling idiot you're backing.

This is such bullsh*t.
If Kerry walked on water it wouldn't make the slightest difference to the average bush sheep.
All that matters is that he has that 'D' after his name.

Bush's f*ck-ups are so numerous and egregious that they demand immediate attention.

After all, Kerry picked Peter out of the water on the Mekong right? How amusing.
Your asked to give one reason to vote for Kerry and you can't name one thing.

What was that Zig Zag said about Kerry having to Google his name to find out what his positions are?
When Smirk Googles his name, he gets "did you mean "Bush?"

"That Comedy Show" cuts through the smoke and is on the mark much more often than not....that says more about the real news media and the spins being delivered by both parties than anything else.
As for Kerry...at least he had nads enough to show up on it and realize the impact it's having on a voting segment of the population (young adults)....what was funny was watching Bush's PR man squirm when asked why W won't appear on the show.

Of course it does Hogan. Your more attuned to Comedy Central than anything that would take care of your "regional mass conciousness" as one of your little friends said yesterday whom I summarily dispatched. Here is the point genius....I didn't mind Bob Dole going on SNL, but the fact is, he took it all in stride....so far Kerry has managed Comedy Central. Case Closed.

Your saying showing up on Comedy Central showed Nads? How Amusing. Why would he show up on the show that has no standards but comedy? Leave it to the big boys in Washington. Kerry can flash his medals on Comedy Central.

A little upset over the way they've treated our fearless leader I see....gee, that's too bad. C'mon Mock, Kerry has taken just as many hits from them, you know this, since you watch the show...why try to spin it as some DNC front? That's just not being honest.

Well, maybe to try to reach out to a potentially large voting segment for one (in this case, young voters)...sometimes, you have to go on things like Comedy Central or MTV during an election to reach a certain segment of the voting public. Clinton did this and was very successful at courting the young vote. I would think that W would want to appear before them, especially since this election is so close. The beloved McCain appeared, Kerry has appeared, even Clinton appeared, yet W sends his speechwriter.....a mistake IMO because it's always a mistake not to take any oppertunity to appear before potential voters where ever and whenever that oppertunity arises in an election year.
