Michael Moore was not at the RNC as a heckler or instigator... he was there as a press representative for USA Today. And it was not by his choice, but by John McCain's that the spotlight was focused on him last night.

His press credentials for the RNC were from USA Today. As such, he was representing that publication and was at the convention in a business capacity; not as a disruptor, as Mock's post suggested. I'm beginning to appreciate these snide little cheap shots more and more; attacking a guy's wife, the "Purple Heart" bandaids, the Swiftliars ("We swear, we had nothing to do with them!"), that zany Zell.
