GRAND CANYON, Ariz. (Reuters) - Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry said on Monday he would have voted for the congressional resolution authorizing force against Iraq even if he had known then no weapons of mass destruction would be found.

Wildly funny and ironic. Wonder how it is playing over at democratic underground and moveon.org....... Kerry that betrayer...

Kerry also has Arizonans up in arms. Apparently, during his random zig zag through the state of Arizona, he made a statement that the Grand Canyon is not grand anymore because Bush has been in office.
A representaive from the department of the interior canme back within hours responding that under bush we are spending more dollars per square mile and have more employees than ever, thank you very much.
Therefore, Arizonans have taken Kerry's remarks personnaly, as a Dis to this swing state. We're pretty concerned that instead of the Grand Canyon State we might be come known as the "Whatever Canyon State"!

LMAO @ Exile from Sound Judgment thinking he's made some sort of case for his favorite Oil Emperor by copying and pasting a small excerpt from some article (for which he doesn't even provide a link)--and then repeating it in his next post for extra emphasis.

Talk about your "cut and paste monkeys."

I wonder what the rest of the article says.

I'd guess that the excerpt ESJ posted is taken out of context--just like the wingnut mantra about Kerry's alleged "flip-flop" re: that appropriation bill.

I just flat don't agree with Kerry on this one. This war was bs from its start and will be bs at its finish.

And yet, he didn't want to give Bush the appropriate funding to conduct the war. This guy is all over the place. :juggle:

And yet, he didn't want to give Bush the appropriate funding to conduct the war.

Still trying to make that lame dog hunt?

Fact: Kerry voted for the appropriation when AWOL Boy said he would fund it by rolling back his tax cuts for the already-filthy-rich.

Then, in a classic Bush/GOP flip-flop, the rethugs changed the bill, i.e., decided that the appropriation should be charged to the taxpayers instead.

And bush himself threatened to veto the bill when it included funding for veterans.

This guy is all over the place

Sort of like the way Resident AWOL's sales pitches for his Iraq invasion kept shifting every other week during the initial rush to war?

Gotcha.

First it was imminent threats and WMD, then it was an Iraq/al Qaeda connection, then it was all about "liberating" the Iraqi people.

Each time their rationale for the invasion didn't seem to wash anymore, Gigglekill and his junta made up a new one.

First, I didn't know Bush destroyed the Grand Canyon.

Second, Kerry is on record as the biggest waffle next to waffle boy.

Listen to Idiot boy:

Listen Dimwit, what do you think an Appropriation Bill is? You don't even have a clue that the richest pay most of the taxes in this country, still. Listen you Dimwit, the costs to prosecute the war against these savages falls all across the board. The re-thugs changed the bill and appropriated it to the taxpayers?

Your an idiot.

The Filp Flop King sticks his foot in his mouth again. Classic.

How come noone running for office can tell us what they REALLY feel instead of just making up sh*t they THINK we WANT to hear?... I mean besides the fact that anyone speaking their real minds would never get voted into office...
