Work has already commenced on my "Broncos manicure".... and hair's on the agenda for tomorrow. I can't do my nails till tomorrow or Thursday 'cause I've joined a ladies' bowling league and we bowl on Tuesday nights. Considering the length of the nails I'll be wearing this weekend, it's very likely they'd be incompatible with a smooth roll of the bowling ball... plus there's a strong likelihood of breaking a nail... Ha!

So yesterday I picked out a few size 14 to take into the dressing room with me.....levis and something else. Tried the something else ones on first and didn't like them...tried on the levis AND THEY WERE TOOOOO BIG!!!! I had to get a size 12!!!!!!!! So I bought them.

I had 5 vertibreas on my back that needed adjustments...said when I rolled over the big deep on went out of align and took with it the smaller ones...lol I'm a mess apparently....so we'll see how I feel tomorrow. But he did feel an instant release of tension on my neck muscles.

Good deal! (Yikes! Though on the 5 vertebrae!) Did he give you any other advice on what to do about the soreness? I've never been to one before but a couple of my friends all swear by them! Maybe you should get a massage after work :P

Ok Ladies, need some help here - I've started making meals to go along with the teams we play each week, like last week I made hot wings to go with the ratbirds...we're winning as I'm doing this (ok the only exceptions were KC cause I was there, and STL because I didn't think of this earlier) but here's what I got thus far...suggestions would be great for the ??? I have the slightest idea to make/order ;D for those games
