In honesty, I'm kinda puzzled/stunned that it seems necessary for TJ to have to take the "hard line" on the use of terms like "b*tch" and "wh*re"... it used to be that it was understood that it was unacceptable in polite society to say those words in the presence of any female (much less call her that), regardless of whether or not she dared to state an opinion one disagreed with. And it used to be that a man who aimed those words at a female would immediately face strong and universal disapproval from their peers (any male who witnessed them disrespecting a lady would instantly stand up and demand that the offender apologize). Even more surprising/dismaying is the number of guys who seem to think that making or enforcing a rule against using those incendiary terms (directed at women) somehow infringes on their right to free speech. What happened to politeness and respect for others? Seems that perhaps common courtesy is on the "endangered species list".

Foreign sizings are entirely different from American... I was really glad that they listed the measurements for the boots in centimeters... so that I could be absolutely certain that the ones I ordered would fit. It would suck greatly to eagerly wait for about a month to receive them and then find that the size was wrong.

We can definitely do that... I'd thought the fur ones 'cause you're from Alaska... but I'm sure there's a perfect graphic in my files.

If you don't like the green glass, we can go with red, silver, or gold... and we can easily change the background or frame or corners... or the Christmas tree.

My thigh-high boots have like a 4-inch heel... but it isn't a stiletto heel; it's got about a "quarter-sized" diameter. I wanted a more-stable heel for the same reason you wanted lower heels. :D
