Same actually LOL. On the plus side we lost him before our Super Bowl win, so no drop-off.

He was also with the Broncos from 93-96 and has never been on a Super Bowl winning team.

Ouch.

I'm so happy he got his contract. He's been my favorite player since he was drafted, and I hope he spends his entire career with the Broncos.

$40,000 Limo ride, or dinner....is a waste.

Thanks for posting this, BroncoFox. This was great to watch. I wondered what happened to Tony Richardson. A friend of mine dated him when he was in KC.

This was the greatest thing I've ever seen. My Brother in law pointed out to me that Von Miller is a national celebrity now. EVERYONE knows who he is and loves him. Except probably non-Bronco AFC West fans...and Patriot fans.

i read the linked article. it seems Von has been bitten by the "i want to be famous" bug. he says before this off season, he just wanted to raise chickens. now he wants to be all over TV when he's done, like Michael Strahan.

i somehow don't think this bodes well for him or us. guys who are in it for fame tend to let their fame go to their heads.

not intrinsically. diamonds are a scam... the result of heavy spending on marketing and ruthless control of supply by the De Beers cartel.

If his reference point is Michael Strahan, he's going to be more than fine. Who cares if he wants to be famous?

The video is rubbish. I can give credit where credit is due, some of Mannings commercials are ****ing classics. That one sucks. Music sucks, costumes suck, dancing sucks.

The article shows how self absorbed Miller is becoming. How about add a little humility into your "baller" lifestyle. He's probably a nice guy but he comes off as another entitled jerk, at least to this outsider.

The SNL piece he did where he trolls Cam Newton (who I'm not a fan of) was classless. I thought he would be better than that.

I read this as a guy in his mid 20's being on top of the world and enjoying life. I have never heard of anyone who met him refer to Miller in a negative light. He seems to be loved by teammates as well as many of his peers around the league. He does a ton in the community and has always been considered a guy with a good heart. What part of the article makes him seem self absorbed? Honest question.

Also, the SNL writers put that stuff in and Miller rolled with it. It isn't like he was coming up with this material himself. He has talked about Cam before and how much he respects and loves his game. I personally see nothing wrong with what he said, especially in the context of a live comedy show.

I think you're looking at this under a lens a bit much. He has a big personality and has realized that he can have a career after football, I think that is a positive. Like Kahn said, if he is modeling himself after Strahan, I think everything should work out just fine. He also mentioned in the article that Von as a football player is what makes everything else happen and he is aware that if he were to suck at football than much of what he has would disappear.

I personally loved the article because it humanized that guy and he didn't take the robotic bs approach we love so much from athletes. I look forward to the day in which every athletes smallest choice isn't magnified and dissected every possible way. Embrace Von, he has a great outlook on life and loves being here.

Yeah I read the article again, I think the author was trying to paint a little bit more of a star studded life than it was Von's narrative of his life. Point taken. I stand by the video comment though, it kinda sucks.

I thought it was odd it mentioned that at the top of the article and the 50 bottles of $200 bubbly, and at the end it says something to the effect that Von hasn't gone crazy with money. different world that dude lives in.

was a decent piece, though. thanks to op for posting

ps, guy who roots for pats* calls Von classless...oh, the ironing!!!!!
