Comes down to better coaching. Not just talking about the game plan either. All NFL players are good, very few are truly game changers. It's having the right system and coaching the simple things like holding on to the football, when to take a kickoff out of the endzone, etc. etc. etc.

Seattle won the mental part of the game. They had nothing to do with Ramirez snapping the ball over Manning's head. Colquitt's crap punts. Prater's short kickoff. Bad decisions by coaches, but also Seattle clearly the tougher team, physically, but more importantly, mentally too. That showed from the start.

The NFL is happy. that's for sure. The younger generation is here and they don't want to see some old crippled up statue back there. they want to see the fast, gunslingin gambler, running around throwing long bombs. Manziel will be a hit. They want to root for a trash talking, disrespectful, in-your-face team because that's how the young folks are nowadays. They can identify with that and it sells jerseys.

Manning, Brady, Brees..they're old news and just flat out old.

This was an absolute entire team collapse

At halftime:

1.) 14 points off 2 manning INT's.
2.) 5 points off a bad snap.
3.) Defense allowed 3 points otherwise.

Holiday and Peyton Manning put the team in a 29 point hole almost by themselves. Manning gets credits for the wins, this loss is on him. And it adds to a legacy that is plagued by these kind of untimely collapses.

I never said we would beat Seattle, Good defense always trumps a good offense. I was hopeful at best and after our first play tonight I knew if was over.

Funny thing is this is one SB game I did not think we had a chance to win and the loss is not that hard to take for that reason. We need to spend every draft pick in the upcoming draft on bigger, stronger and faster defensive players if we are going to have a chance next year.

I saw multiple bad snaps, balls dropped, balls over thrown, balls fumbled, balls thrown behind guys, plays that normally convert on 3rd and 1 fail the D have coverage breakdowns on 3rd and long, poor blocking by the OL and panic at every position.

The Seattle D was fast, they sniffed out a lot of screens and plays that normally work for us and have worked all year.

Maybe I would agree with you if the opening snap didn't go like it did but no one laid a finger on anyone before it was 0-2. That was just professionals crapping the bed.

Balls were dropped, thrown behind, fumbled and overthrown because Seattle's defense just destroyed everything and anything in front of them. Peyton had happy feet and his mechanics were terrible (by PFM standards), Orlando Franklin got destroyed on a straight bull-rush (twice). Our receivers couldn't get consistent separation and were jarred off their routes. They heard footsteps on all of the crossing routes and ran tentatively. The mistakes were because the Seahawks pushed our collective **** in. Plain and simple.

Big deal it's only a game. Broncos need to not worry so much what position they improve, just look for more physical defenders.

Going to have to find a starting CB, that is probably the biggest need on defense. Going to have sign/draft some dends and a mlb. Then obviously safety's stink and need to be upgraded also.

It sucks to lose like that and it bothers me for about an hour after i realize Broncos are going to lose. **** I lost 1000 bucks and should be way more pissed off then most of the board.

Whatever I guess because i have been around for the other blowouts I realize it's not that big of a deal.

It is called stage fright, it happens to all performers, Broncos couldn't use theirs to their advantage and failed to execute at all levels. If it were just one phase of the game I would agree but the Broncos choked at every level. Seahawks smelt the blood in the water and pounced but the Broncos were the ones who cut themselves.
