At the Pro Bowl in 2007, Glazer got into a shouting match with Peyton Manning after Manning made a lighthearted wisecrack to Glazer about New York Giants legend and ABC-talk-show co-host Michael Strahanís divorce. (Glazer and Strahan are best friends.)

Jay Glazer is the guy who said Matt Leinart was going to be really good because he spent his offseason eating Subway and doing MMA training with him

Glazer is a hack in his profession, and anyone that wants to fight someone to prove a point has some serious insecurity issues.

He has a certain rep with the players and guarantee, he was only trying to add fuel to the fire. I can't wait until he barks up the wrong tree and gets knocked out.

true story

If someone actually tried to hit him, the holy light of the creator would emanate from his eyes and smite the foe. When Peyton isn't throwing touchdown passes, he's busy turning water into wine and throwing money changers around.

Peyton Manning and Superman once fought each other on a bet. The loser had to start wearing his underwear on the outside of his pants.

At one time, Glazer was just a pro football writer. Now he's an attention whore, wannabe celebrity that acts like he is part of the game's fabric. His commercial spots are very annoying.

It's called Small Man's Disease. This has been around for quite some time. Very short men are sometimes insecure about it so they compensate by doing things that would make them appear as more tough, more manly, and so on by acting mean and tough or by buying monster lifted trucks, things of that nature.

no, because as well liked as Peyton is, the moment a douche bag like Glazer tries to do anything a few guys are going to jump in and beat ass to keep Peyton's shirt clean.

You never get the full context of a story like this. You just get one side of it. I, would be SHOCKED if Peyton said anything towards about a guy with such a high profile, who also just happens to be one of Eli's teammates.

I hope this story doesn't grow legs this week, and be a distraction. We'll let Seattle keep their good work in that regard.

Correction. Very short men are always insecure about their height.

Studies have been done on this. Bald men and even men with micro-penises even are less insecure than short men.

Jay Glazer is just another classic example of a short dude with MAJOR insecurity problems.

Getting into repeated brawls over a verbal slight? Congrats: You just out dumbed Richard Sherman. Even he has more self-control than this.
