If making nachos, I super highly recommend Santiago's Green Chile. The hot one! It's incredibly tasty. I usually make my own, but that chile is soo good.. slather your nachos in it!

I have loads of stuff on my menu.. not sure what to make first. I buy it at King Soopers. You'll be tempted to buy Stinky's chile.. don't do it. Get Santiago's.

Some thinly sliced then chopped ribeye and onions (I also add mushrooms), seasoned with Philly cheesesteak seasoning, liberally heaped on top of some steak fries, or crinkle cuts and covered with some cheese.....feel free to add peppers if desired, and a salad (gotta eat healthy ya know)

Same as last 2 weeks. Wing stop for the family 30 min before kickoff. Normally, the SB would call for a menu and such... But right now, the mojo is more important.

Agreed. Santiago's is great. So much better than Stinks.

As much as I'd love to dump that on my nachos, I can't fk with the recipe. Or else I'd screw with the mojo.

Nachos with Orange Crush FTW.

Never been to Vegas for the Super Bowl. I assume it similar to March Madness? or crazier?

huh??

My wife brought up the topic today. Likely to be a variety, but always include this:

+1 for anejo

The only way to go, IMO. I just don't understand the younger crowd that seems to love "silver" tequila. Anejo is just so much smoother and easier to throw down than any silver I have ever had.

Nothing prepackaged is low sodium, and especially not chips and dips. I'd make your own Chili, get real beans and soak them (no canned beans, salty), cut up tomatos (No canned tomatos, ie salty)- you can find tons of health recipies and they slap come sour cream and cheese on that **** and make it god damn spicy as you want.

Fried Catfish Po-Boys, dressed of course
Shrimp Ettouffe
Pups
White Beans
My wife also makes this Louisiana style cream dip that call fro deep frying farfalle pasta to make chip for it- I could make that my one and only food- its sick bad for you, but tastes so good

Bourbon Whiskey, or some Rye in Old Fashioneds

People are always amazed when they make a clinic appointment after a surgical referral to me, and I just snip them off with a pair of scissors. Pick that thing up an snip it off. No anesthesia needed.

Making a ham in the crock pot today. Will be using the ham for eggs benedict with orange hollandaise sauce for breakfast. Game time eats will be nachos, wings, shrimp scampi (try to color it orange) & orange jello.

(Will have a bud light for Peyton's MVP award tonight since he'll have to wait to have one).

Just made the butcher's day. Marched up to him, covered head to toe in orange, and told him I needed him to chop the biggest, best cut of pot roast that he could --in honor of Terrance Knighton, the most dominant D tackle in the entire NFL. He burst out laughing and couldn't stop cracking up for a good 120 seconds.
