The liberals are obviously upset of how a mess this has become, but they think criticizing Obama means you're a racist(he's a black democrat, so off limits), so they'd rather focus on republicans(minority ones included) and blame them for all of this.

Military term for an operation in which multiple things have gone wrong. Related to "SNAFU" (Situation Normal, All ****ed Up") and "FUBAR" (****ed Up Beyond All Repair).

Obamacare is a word invented by stupid people like you, Hobo, to describe something people slightly smarter than you (not that hard) thought up decades ago, and now that it's been implemented (albeit by the opposing party), people as dumb as you (fairly difficult to achieve) want to demonize.

Creepy Uncle Sam Parties With College Students To Slam Obamacare

Generation Opportunity, a Virginia-based, Koch brothers-backed organization that encourages young people not to sign up for Obamacare, is pulling out all the stops.
The group's six-figure campaign began with "Creepy Uncle Sam" television ads encouraging viewers not to "let the government play doctor." Now, the anti-Obamacare crusade has made its way to college football stadiums.

A crew of Generation Opportunity "brand ambassadors" -- whom communications director David Pasch described as "models with bull horns" -- arrived at a University of Miami-Virginia Tech tailgate party this past Saturday with "a fleet of Hummers, F-150s and Suburbans." They set up beer pong tables and ordered 75 pizzas for a crowd of 250 tailgaters.

"Oh yeah, and we educated students about their health care options outside the expensive and creepy Obamacare exchanges," Pasch said in an email to the Tampa Bay Times.

Creepy Uncle Sam made it to the party, too.

The President always seems "centrist" to his party's supporters. Not much would change if it were Hillary, McCain, or Romney. They would all play the same role as well as Obama or Bush. Obama was one of the top ten most liberal senators during his senate career. Proof is in the voting record.

The Senate and the presidency are two different animals. American history is full of politicians whose stripes changed dramatically once they got the top spot. Obama went from community organizer to golf buddy of the rich and famous. He is a great communicator who has nothing much to say. Look at this health care fiasco. Was he even aware of what was happening? Like Clinton, you wonder if his primary drive wasn't simply to become a member of the most elite country clubs?

I laugh when I think of it. It's a matter of fortitude. Guts, in other words. TR went toe to toe with JP Morgan, and won. JP would have picked his teeth with Obama's bones. Ha!

It means gov't dictating a money scheme couched in health care which can never work or serve in the way it was presented by the president and every single Democrat that supported it but did not read it. This is all crap we've warned about since the Democrats locked out Repubs, ignored their objections, and rammed it up the American people's arse.

And today, Obama's gonna propose fixes? Here's what the fix will be--' I've decided to allow fly-by-night ripoff artists to keep offering the crappy plans you idiots seem to like for some reason.'

He will vaporize the very foundation of the law that he ramrodded through, tacitly admitting he was wrong. Uninformed Americans will cheer and hold no one accountable.

Or he'll implicitly acknowledge that his "Affordable Care Act" made most people's coverage more expensive by saying the Gummint should cut everyone checks (financed once again by mortgaging the grandkids' future) for the difference.

Amazing how a president can just wave his hand and make parts of Obamacare disappear. Especially after it's become clear that this is what was SUPPOSED to happen under their plan. This was an intended consequence, not an oopsie moment. Of course, when he now says we'll be able to get our plans back, he's lying again. That train has sailed.

Wonder if this moron told the insurers about it. So the WHOLE reason for the Dems' part in the gov't shutdown--that they would not make GOP requested changes to Obamacare--is now what the President is unilaterally enacting.

Gonna be tough to sell that.

http://www.forbes.com/sites/theapothecary/2013/10/31/obama-officials-in-2010-93-million-americans-will-be-unable-to-keep-their-health-plans-under-obamacare/

“The Departments’ mid-range estimate is that 66 percent of small employer plans and 45 percent of large employer plans will relinquish their grandfather status by the end of 2013,” wrote the administration on page 34,552 of the Register. All in all, more than half of employer-sponsored plans will lose their “grandfather status” and become illegal. According to the Congressional Budget Office, 156 million Americans—more than half the population—was covered by employer-sponsored insurance in 2013.

Another 25 million people, according to the CBO, have “nongroup and other” forms of insurance; that is to say, they participate in the market for individually-purchased insurance. In this market, the administration projected that “40 to 67 percent” of individually-purchased plans would lose their Obamacare-sanctioned “grandfather status” and become illegal, solely due to the fact that there is a high turnover of participants and insurance arrangements in this market.

They predicted it in advance, and now want to pretend like they don't know what's happening.

Disgusting.

I asked him did he gets specific notice about this?... he said no, but basically all specialists will be cut out with Obamacare...

LOL- now that was an awesome call. the best part is he was worried about his "spot" in our health system.. I told him most people of means are making large contribution to the hospital foundation to secure thier "spot" so to speak.. I just heard he committed to a 1M+ give over the next 4 years....

I gotta say after seeing the new "solution (http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/fairy-tale-continues-obama-proposes-extralegal-obamacare-fix_767089.html)" to the Obamacare fiasco - essentially ignoring the law - I have to just laugh. Basically they don't want to have follow any rules they don't like - even when they made them. What a joke this President and his **** policies have been.

I doubt if convenience had anything to do with it. What stands out to me is that no Dems in the legislature are the ACA guys. This whole thing is owned by Obama. In the past, no matter what the new law, it seemed that there would be a couple of House and/or Senate members who were the go-to people on that law. In fact, the law would always be named after some legislator. The ACA seems to be a legislative orphan. That's why it has Obama's name on it. The legislators were willing to pass it under WH pressure, but not to own it. That's probably why its implementation has been a disaster.
