I don't understand XXI. Are they saying the Giants won 3 straight SB's?

BTW What was the point spread for SB XXXII? I thought it was up in the double digits also the joke before the game here in Chicago was who was going to score more points that night, Michael Jordan or the Packers.

"For the NFC" .... meaning the NFC won it three straight times, I assume.

Started at 13, may have dropped to 12.

No team has ever gone 13-3, secured the top seed in the AFC playoffs and lost the first game, twice, until the Broncos did...

I'm still mad, about both times! :P

Probably would be better stated like this "No conference has won 3 straight Super Bowls...until the Giants did for the NFC"

No the dolphins '72-'73 won back to back followed by Steelers '74-'75 winning back to back and followed by Raiders '76.... The AFC won 5 straight before the NFC had won 3 straight

No team has ever been exempt from all penalties while at the same time being gifted countless favorable spots and penalties for them until the year of the refs and the ravens in the "discount double-murder" postseason.

Nope....you seem to have forgotten the 2006 SB between Seattle and Pittsburgh

Meh. It was a desperation jump ball. Set up by an unbelievably ****ty set of play calls. I'd rather a ref err against rewarding desperate 4th down fade routes.

Call the no call a make up for the Akers flop.

This was the first Superbowl with 3 team competing against each other. Ravens vs 49ers vs the Refs. The Refs should be the ones hoisting the Lombardi after this game.

No team has ever beaten the 49ers in the Super Bowl...until the Ravens did. There goes the best unbeaten Super Bowl record. Surprisingly, the Ravens now have the best unbeaten record.
