So in 144 days the KFC franchise begins....again II....or...again III. Meanwhile, we'll just keep winning lombardis and afcw titles. :super:

Looking at these teams and their rosters, I can't count more than 5 I'd like to have in a Broncos uniform. A big reason why we went 6-0 in our division and it was not really close...when you discount first half scores.

Dwayne Bowe, Brandon Albert, Dustin Colquitt, Brandon Myers, Shane Lechler, Richard Seymore, Phillip Wheeler, Aubrayo Franklin, Shaun Phillips, and maybe Jammer are the only solid starters I see.

These 3 teams will look way different in the seasons to come cause their foundations suck.

Out of the twenty Chargers on that list, seven were signed this year at one-year deals (Battle, Brown, Rosario, Franklin, Guyton, Carr, Lynch) and none of them are starters. The only guy I'd say really worth bringing back would be Lynch and maybe Rosario but they'd be special teams/depth players.

Brinkley, Goodman and Windt are RFAs. I'd bring back Windt since he's shown to be a pretty good long snapper. The other guys are fodder.

Novak will probably be brought back, no matter who the new coach is. Not spectacular but very solid.

That leaves, Dombrowski, Green, Hadnot, Vasquez, Martin, Barnes, Phillips, Cason and Jammer.

Dombrowski has probably played his last NFL game, he stinks. Hadnot and Carr are below-average journeyman. Green stinks but some team will pick him up for depth. Philips isn't going to get a big contact here at his age but some other team will probably overpay for him. Cason is still young but has been way too inconsistent so he's a goner.

That leaves Vasquez, Martin, Barnes and Jammer. Vasquez is just alright but I'm not sure if they'd want to try to replace three starting o-linemen in the same offseason. They might try to keep him. Jammer is getting up there in age but he's still a pretty solid corner. I'd try to keep him at a team-friendly deal. I'd love for them to keep Martin but he'll probably get a better offer elsewhere since he'd be a rotational player here. Same goes for Barnes.

Outside of 4-5 players, most of these guys could go and I think be replaced and upgraded.

6-0 division record and HFA for the Broncos. Compare that to the 2010 Raiders: 6-0 in division and finished 8-8 and no playoffs again.

I believe the Raiders were the first team ever to sweep their division and not make the playoffs.

I believe it was in their destiny to fail so hard.

So which other team did they beat.
Because we won it with an eight-eight record. .

Actually no, Jammer wont be back and Cason had a better season and should be back. He played very well the second half of the season so i dont agree with Boltaneer.

Cason is going to be much more expensive than Jammer and I'm not so sure he's worth a big contract. Despite his recent improvement, he's still way too inconsistent. I think he'll want to test free agency because some team will give him a big fat contract. If they could keep him at a fairly reasonable price, I'd be for it but I don't see it happening.

BTW, I'd move Jammer to safety and he could fill in at CB still if needed. He and Weddle would be a sweet combo at safety.

I like Wheeler a lot but Broncos have no need for an OLB right now.

Colquitt should have the punting job locked up, unless we bring in Colquitt for some competition.

Matt Shaughnessy and Glen Dorsey.

Mike Goodson is pretty intriguing. He's got an excellent burst, wonder why he hasn't really taken the next step.

What about Brandon Moore?. I know he's 33 but he's a top shelf OG
I just don't know about Kupes or is it better to try to draft a G and let him sync with the other younger OLineman.

I assume Clady will be franchised and/or sign a long term contract
