Why are you saying he's hurt? They showed him on the sideline getting a chiropractic adjustment, but he didn't seem hurt or anything. I just think they wanted to give Hillman a look and didn't want to overwork Moreno.

He's really changed my mind about him. It's great to see him running with purpose. Hillman did really well also. Thinking of both with McGahee seems like a really great grouping.

generally because once he gets on a roll and plays well he gets hurt.

Yeah, that's the happiest pile of crow I've ever eaten. He was a monster between the tackles today.

This. He's had like 70 touches the last two weeks and we didn't need to kill him running into those 9 man boxes there at the end up big.

Cause there was a previous drive where he got up real slow and took himself out after one play.

And Ed was almost standing up .. not crotched down! The kid is an athlete even if not the fastest NFL back, he is playing with real power and determination now and its great to see.

He'll be a Bronco a long while playing like this.

Exactly. To beat NE or Houston, we need him to run exactly like he did today. It's an interesting story. I think he tried to be speed back (dropping all of that weight doing cross-fit, dancing outside/high pad level etc.) and then he got hurt and never really got out of that mentality. Now he seems to have matured, he's a much better north/south runner, keeps his pad level low and always churns his feet. He's been quite good with quick hitting runs between the tackles. He's like the guy that realized he's not a home run hitter, but will get you a single or a double off of the wall consistently.

AND had SOLID ball security today, despite the Ravens getting multiple shots at trying to rip the ball away on some slow whistles..

Consecutive 100 yard games, consecutive games with TD and consecutive games of playing great tough football. He is not going to break 80 yard runs the way Adrian Peterson does, but he makes a lot defenders have a bad day by running tough again and again. One play I noticed he was stopped for about a 1 yard gain got turned around but just kept his legs pushing and moved 4 Ravens defenders for another 3 or 4 yards before they got him down.

Moreno with 391 yards rushing in his 4 starts...4.1 yards per attempt, but 98 yards per start.....

With our HoF QB....this defense playing like they're possessed, and a pretty good running game....I expect a deep run in playoffs.

He is running hard with a lot of drive..really impressed by a couple of surges by he and the o-line...

It was nice to punch that team in the mouth today, even though they were a wounded bunch. Moreno helped with that physicality..

You have to love sports... A guy that literally trips over his own feet on his highlight reel...has the most athletic play of the year for the Broncos.

Props to him and it feels like destiny for the Broncos in Nola.

Hell yeah Knowshon. #27 is most definitely in the house.

Hillman came up big too. Slice and dice homeboy.

147 yards on the ground against a Ravens team who has been playing without Ray Lewis for a while now.

Heal up Willis...#2 seed b*tches.

bwahaha @ Ed Reed blaming the flu for getting hurdled:

“I was not expecting him to jump, honestly,” Reed said. “I couldn’t react because I was dealing with a lot of sickness early in the game. I just wasn’t all the way into it, honestly. I was dealing with flu symptoms and everything. I just kind of watched him jump over me.

“I wasn’t expecting that at all. I thought he was was ready to put his head down. I saw him gathering himself, so I was like, ‘There’s no way he’s going to jump.’”

I think Peyton said after the game, that this is the first game all year that Denver hasn't turned the ball over.

And if IIRC......Moreno didn't lose his shoe today.

How about another

That's TWO "firsts" on the season yesterday. Whoot!

Eff the Ratbirds and all the injury excuses.

Come out and show up and make it competitive at least. We came in without our starting rb and embarassed them in front of their home crowd. If Suggs/Reed/Lewis are all too geriatric or not roided up enough to play us then get someone out there who can play.
