What games are on in your area? CHI @ MIN for me. Will probably stream the CAR and ATL game to see how Newton does for my fantasy team.

Anyone making any good chow? It's a blizzard here in Dakota -- winds blowing 40 MPH. The hour and a half I spent shoveling snow today was for nothing, considering it snowed again and decided to blow and drift everywhere.

Stay safe, be warm, be merry. ENJOY!

So my impression so far is Denver really would benefit from establishing a solid running game. Because the play action pass just froze the bejesus out of the Ravens.

Edit: Of course it's also due to the potential of RGIII to run as well.

Well, all those guys besides Charles today have done really nothing for him. Newton has been pretty good for me, but I wish he would score in the red zone. He has Matt Ryan starting today and benched RGIII -- so I feel pretty lucky. I am up 30+ points, and he only has the Giants D/ST to go, plus their HC -- which means if the Giants win he gets 5 more points.

I have Vernon Davis and Jason Hanson still left after that -- and I think they will score more points than what he can get from the G-Men.

The guy who has scored the most points in the league today is getting upset by I guy I have destroyed twice, so that makes me pretty happy. This is a really competitive league with a unique pay out system and different rules than most anything else you see out there.

I don't deserve to lose in the first round -- and I don't think I will!

Thanks for beating the Ratbirds Shanny.!
Now RGIII will take the rest of the year off. A running QB
eventually gets hurt, and he is no exception. It did NOT
look good, looks like surgery coming. Cousins may be able to keep them in the hunt....unfortunately Dallas won also.
Good luck the rest of the year.

Chicago loses again and faces GB next week. Without Marshall
Cutler would do Nada, and with him he throws/gets TDs. Urlacher out
means they fade away again, since he makes the Defense go.
I like Marshall, but since Cutler is his QB I hope they never make the playoffs.

Pitt loses and doesn't lose ground since Cinnci and Baltimore also lose.
Indy pretty much locked up a wild card . Comes down to Cinnci and Pitt for the other in the AFC, unless they both keep losing.

RGIII is going to be Vick 2.0. Sure, his ceiling is higher (which is ridiculous if you stop to think about it), but the guy is going to get hurt every year. It's not just the running, which can be curbed, it's the way he operates in the pocket at the size he is. He's a small QB, just like Vick is a small QB, and unless he somehow develops the vision and release of Brees, he's going to get killed with regularity.

I think he has more potential to overcome those tendencies than Vick, but I do agree that may end up being his fate. If you are going to be a running QB you need to be the size of Cam Newton or Tim Tebow. Otherwise you just get crushed sooner or later.

MRI came back negative. RGIII is fine, straight from his twitter account.

Actually he says nothing about his MRI or being fine on his twitter. Just a post about positive vibes. Nothing about an MRI like you state though.

Bet he's feeling a lot more fine come Sunday than he will be tomorrow.

Good point, I hope he is fine though. Don't wish injury on anyone and it would be cool to see both rookie QB's get in the playoffs!

He's good compared to the diagnosis the OMane doctors have given. Anytime there's a player injury, it is groundds for amputation.

Sorry I was not clear. It was confirmed by multiple sources that MRI came back negative and then he tweeted after that. The below are reputable sources. Take it for what you will.

Yep I got eliminated because az is so bad and I played against Seattle D and Lynch.

Doesn't really matter. I had Rivers(who sucks), Wayne, Julio Jones, Richardson, Slowshon, Myers, Broncos D and Tynes and lost. You do the math I should of won but it's stupid fantasy which is mostly luck.

Seriously do you really think anyone cares about your fantasy football woes?

No but you missed the original point how dominant Seattle D was and Lynch ran yesterday.
