1986 - NYG LB Lawrence Taylor won both MVP and DPOY

1994 - SF 49ers QB Steve Young (MVP) and CB Deion Sanders (DPOY)

I know in 2003 that Baltimore had the Offensive player of the year (Jamal Lewis) and DPOY (Ray Lewis), but not the MVP and DPOY.
