Honestly it really depends on what you are into. Suggestions can run from dive bars to fine dining. As for the game..My best suggestion is a backpack and a 12er. This will allow you to walk around all the lots and take everything in.

I think we need to sticky a things to do in Denver thread. I feel like I give input on this about once a month.
That being said - Always worth doing some beer tours... you don't even need to leave Denver - Great Divide, Denver Beer Company, Renegade Brewery, Hogshead, Prost, Strange, Breckenridge are all within the relatively small city limits of Denver. In the burbs you can hit up Dry Dock (one of the best), the many Boulder breweries, etc...
Weather should be good, hop on a B-cycle and take a tour down to Cherry Creek and Wash Park, plenty of great eats and drinks on the way. Or go for a hike up around Golden or Red Rocks. Golden is an awesome town for a weekend day.
If you're looking for more culture check out the Denver ARt Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art (check their website they do sake tastings paired with Japanese art and other fun funky things). for entertainment, check out the Impulse Theater under the Wynkoop for improv comedy. Bovine downtown has a similar program going on. Burlesque shows in the basement of the clocktower off 16th St. mall.
Enjoy Denver, great city.
