Go Giants, Go Tampa, Go Adrian Peterson, Marshawn Lynch, Doug Martin, Sid Rice, and Shaun Suisham. :)

Even though I hate early games, I do love relaxing the rest of the day during those few occasions when we win them.

Funny stat but Luck and Manning each have 2404 yards passing so far this season.

Kinda funny the quote from Bill Polian about how he'd still have a job if he'd drafted Andy Dalton. I figure Indy fans are glad he didn't draft Dalton and he no longer has a job.

The difference between a last place schedule and a first place schedule is 2 games a year. And have those two games even been played yet?

LULZ @ Oakland for bringing in a defensive guru for a head coach.

OrangeSe7en
11-04-2012, 04:54 PM
Unfortunately, because of the way defenders tackle today, the same reason he's having a big day will also be one of the reasons that he could easily get hurt. There's an epidemic of bad tackling in the league. The missile tackles leads to getting gashed but it also leads to ball carriers being injured with shots to the legs. The other problem is the horsecollare tackles (not referring to grabbing inside the collar but grabbing high and sinking your weight to the ground creating the same effect).

Hey, not a whole lot to complain about these days. But it is hard not to dream about what this team would be like with Martin on it. It was the play then, and it is definitely the play today. Hopefully in 5 years we'll be happy, and the Osweiler pick can be viewed as anything but the waste it looks like right now.

Perhaps he was gassed? If not, I agree. Freeman might have been overcompensating for Blount being taller but he still has to get it between Blounts arms. However, Martin was the hot hand and they should have kept him in there even if they were only running play action passes.

Great win for us in fairness. They always have come on strong midseason under Tomlin, even when they've had relatively poor seasons like in 09. Oakland may have beaten them but Oakland tend to give Pitt a game, even when they're terrible and Steelers excellent

If that happens we still have to play Tampa, also.

Our schedule is now looking a bit more difficult than we thought
a week or two ago, with them to be played, and Baltimore still ahead,
and the Chargers will NOT lay down for us..

Tampa has scored about 34 PPG the last 4 weeks.
We can't let them knock off the other teams in the AFCW and then
turn around and give it back by losing also.

Why just because he took out the RB who was having a record breaking game at the very time you want to control the ball on the ground with the lead and almost lost game they had in the bag. Then with a 3 point lead calls two long developing sweeps for the running back that was gashing Oakland's defense for long runs up the middle on virtually every carry. Can't imagine why you would say that. ;D
