As idiotic as McD was, this just isn't true. Even Shanahan wanted to trade him..

Marshall wore out his welcome, which is why he is on his third team in three years.

The slant to Marshall looked good but the 3 passes in the goal line situation were all slow - he has more velocity than that normally. If it is a rib bruise like they say it could be pulling pretty badly when he rotates through the throw.

The Lions should fire their entire coaching staff. The lack of discipline, mental errors and miscommunication is all signs of a coaching staff that doesn't have this team prepared.

They pull off a few 4th quarter comebacks just because their talent thrives in backyard football type chaos. Just not a well prepared team at all...

It honestly looks like play-calling to me, there is no rythm in that offense, no fluidity. When you look at our offense play you see us show a formation and a play and later return to that but with a twist. If something is working we look for matchups to exploit. It looks like the Lions are not game-planning at all, they just seem to call plays randomly and they don't make adjustments on the field.

I dunno...he threw for over 5,000 yards last year. I mean, I know he threw it up to Calvin a lot, but not 5K worth. He can't be that bad.

Understandable, but when a WR is wide open, and Stafford throws it 5 yards over his head, something within him is off. Has happened a lot this year.

Stafford is basicly a cannon on legs, he was never the most cerebral or accurate QB - he needs plays where he knows who is going to be in 1 on 1 coverage, he has the power to force the ball into a tight spot, but when he has to go through progressions he struggles. His footwork is also not particularly elite which affects his accuracy.

With a healthy Jay Cutler, the Bears are 26-6 since the start of the 2010 season. Conversely, they are 1-7 without him.

Compare that with the Packers who won most of their games when Rodgers was out.

Now of course, Rodgers is great, he's one of the best, so i'm obviously not claiming that Rodgers is Overrated, but rather, that Cutler is underrated. Severely underrated - most underrated QB in the NFL because he is probably the least likable QB in the league.

No one wants to give him props but he does the impossible in Chicago by taking shot after shot while running that offense. Tonight was a light night for Cutler, he still got sacked 4 times and hit countless other times. Compare that to when he was in Denver, he was getting sacked like 4 times a season, not 4 times a game.

Cutler is a good QB that unfortunately hasn't found any consistency with offensive systems in his career.

The Bears are LED by that defense, not Jay Cutler and that offense.

That Bears defense is ridiculous... they run the same cover schemes all game long and opponents have so much trouble consistency putting pressure on their defense.

Kudos to Rod Marinelli.

Cutler's record as a starter is 41-37, he's only once thrown for more than 4,000 yards and averages 234 yards per game in his 78 starts. And yes, yards aren't everything, but his TD to INT ratio is horrific averaging 1.5 TDs to 1.1 INTs per game. Sorry, I'm not sold on him being "underrated". He is a skilled quarterback, but he's average.

What...what is this I don't even....

When did the Packers win a majority of the games when Rodgers was out? He's missed 2 games in his years as starter, one because of injury and one because he was rested on the last day of the season.

Cutler keeps getting passes, but he is not even close to elite QB. Yes, he has a cannon of an arm, is mobile, but he's trigger happy and makes dumb mistakes all the time. You never know which Jay is going to show up, and when he's bad, he's REALLY bad. Turnover machine.
The Bears are winning not because of Jay.

So far he is nothing more than an average QB. The Bears D is once again, winning them games. He put up a little over 150 yards against a Lions team that had to resign Alphonso Smith due to all their injuries at that position. I haven't been impressed at all with Jay since he left. I don't see much improvement from when he was with us.
