Was to be expected. He was aggressive and debated well.
Lot of misinformed voters out there don't understand he was lying
and would not explain his 8 trillion in tax cuts and defense spending.
That should be the important thing because finances affecting the middle class are the most important factor.
Instead a lot people think he won because of style over substance.
Hard to believe, but it is true.
Obama has to attack him hard and force him to explain next debate.
Biden will be doing the same this week.
At this point in time I'll admit the race is tightening up but Romney has never been ahead of Prez Obama.............NEVER

Oh, clearly, and the endless 47% commercials depicting average, working Americans and veterans the objects of Romney's condemnations aren't deceptive advertisements in the least.
Cut the ****.

The only thing that matters in any poll is:
1) The turnout projection
2) The share of the white vote the President gets.
Turnout model has to be somewhere around D+3 to be accurate (he's not going to hit +7 like in 08, thats not just realistic, party intensity is about even this time, so it will return to the long term average), and for the President to be truly ahead, he has to be right at (at least) or cross the 40% barrier in terms of share of the white vote. If he is above 40%, it will be very hard for Romney to win. Romney's share of the non-white vote is expected to be somewhere around 25-30%.

actually IIRC the 100 million spent on them, were negated by numb nuts being a no show in the first debate..

My guess is that he'll cough this debate bounce back up when the subject turns to foreign policy. Obama got bin Laden. Romney's trip abroad was a comedy of errors.

Exactly.
The right-wing handjob media is just trying to make the race appear closer than it really is so the folks in TV Land don't reach for the remote too soon.
