The Republican Party of Florida’s top recipient of 2012 expenditures, a firm by the name of Strategic Allied Consulting, was just fired on Tuesday night, after more than 100 apparently fraudulent voter registration forms were discovered to have been turned in by the group to the Palm Beach County, FL Supervisor of Elections.

To be fair, this was not voter fraud. It was Registration fraud.
Bigger question: How many of right leaning seniors (which are declining in numbers) are going to be excluded due to the vote suppression laws?

Wendy Rosen, the Democratic challenger to Republican Rep. Andy Harris in the 1st Congressional District, withdrew from the race Monday amid allegations that she voted in elections in both Maryland and Florida in 2006 and 2008.

There are no voter registration laws in ND. All you have to do is provide a student ID or some sort of bill to the address in your area. I could have voted at every polling place in town had I wanted to in 2008. Only hit up 8 of them though.

In 2004 in Washington State Governor's race, you didn't need any id to register or vote at all. After the initial count and recount, a 2nd recount changed the outcome and decided the race by 139 votes.
Some of the problems with the election:
-Homeless vote. No method to show residency, ID, or eligibility. Hundreds of people registered using courthouse as mailing address. No idea who they were or if they were eligible or how many times they voted.
-Acorn bused unregistered voters in to vote on provisional ballots, and overwhelmed the king county system. Provisional ballots were mixed in with verified voters.
-Partisanship in the recount, decision made on party line votes on how to count votes. Allowing ballots were the signature clearly didn't match, counting write-ins were the voter combined the candidates name into one name, counting votes were the voter didn't vote in the governors race by assuming they would have voted for the party they had voted other races on.
-uncontrolled 'discovered' ballots being mixed in with the verified votes.
-hundreds of illegal felon voters
-nursing home nurses registering and voting for Alzheimer patients.
In the end it went to court it was proved fraud occurred. It could not be proven though that the fraud was organized. It was shown that statistically the fraud benefited the democrats, but statistical analyses was not allowed by the court. Since the fraudulent ballots were mixed in with the verified ballots there was no method to show how the fraudulent voters voted, and they had a right to secrecy in their ballots even though fraudulent.

That's what these GOP crooks do:
Pre-emptively accuse their opponents of what they're doing themselves.
That way, they can rig elections while the focus is on ACORN.

LOL nope. You are neglecting to include the fact (yes, fact) that not only was the investigation prompted by suspicions of Republican voter fraud, but that in the end, there was more actual evidence that Republican fraud was the problem, considering of the 5 total votes thrown out, 4 were of felons who voted for the Republican candidate.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington_gubernatorial_election,_2004
King County Council Chairman Larry Phillips was at a Democratic Party office in Seattle on Sunday December 12...when to his surprise he found his own name listed...
Election workers...mistakenly rejected the ballot instead of following the standard procedure of checking it against the signature of Phillips' physical voter registration card that was on file...
Washington state law allows for election officials to evaluate voter intent and correct ballots so that the machines can properly read them. Republicans filed a federal lawsuit to stop the visual examination of ballots, claiming that it is not allowed under federal law (Equal Protection Amendment).
The Supreme Court ruled unanimously that counties explicitly have the ability to correct ballot consideration errors made during earlier counts.
The 2004 election became a focus of media attention again in early 2007 when news broke that eight federal prosecutors including John McKay, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Washington, had been fired. Republicans had hoped that after the election McKay would begin a federal investigation into alleged voter fraud, but he did not; McKay stated afterward that he would not convene a grand jury for purely political reasons and emphasized he had not seen any evidence of voter fraud in the Governor's race.
On June 6, 2005, Judge John E. Bridges ruled that the Republican party did not provide enough evidence that the disputed votes were ineligible -or for whom they were cast- to overturn the election. Judge Bridges noted that there was evidence that 1,678 votes had been illegally cast throughout the state, but found that the only evidence submitted to show how those votes had been cast were sworn statements from four felons that they had voted for Rossi (the Republican).
Bridges removed the five votes from the final count: four for Rossi and one for Ruth Bennett.

LOL I live in Washington... a hell of a lot more familiar with the 2004 election than a wiki article.
The election was decided by 129 votes. In very democrat King county there were 3500 more votes counted than voters.
In the trial the republican lawyers error-ed in believing that they didn't have to show who each of the fraudlent voters voted for. They relied on statistical evidence that was not allowed. They made no attempt to get felons to sign affidavits of who they voted for. The Dems cherry picked a few felons they were able to get to sign affidavits saying that they illegally voted for republicans (though how could you disprove their statements as there is no way to see the ballots after the votes were mixed in with the good ballots).
The judge found that there was evidence to support that there were 1678 illegally cast votes. However since he disallowed the statistical evidence that the majority of the fraudulent votes were democrat, it left the republican lawyers with no we to prove who the secret ballots were cast for. The judge also ruled that he did not have the authority to order a re-vote, so there was no remedy for the fraud.

I'm well aware of the "statistical evidence" the Republicans supposedly presented in that trial. It's called proportional reduction. What they did was take the county with the highest concentration of votes that were likely cast for Democrats, and tried to apply that percentage to all illegally cast votes.
This is not scientific, nor is it a respected method of statistical analysis for any measurement in the history of mathematics. It would be like taking the election numbers of Texas in 2008 and extrapolating them, saying that McCain won the 2008 election by 12%.
Additionally, the judge said that even if you did apply this faulty logic, Gregoire still would have won.
The key here that is muddying the waters is calling them "illegally cast". The judge ruled that ALL of the votes (both for Ds and Rs) were illegal as a result of common mistakes made by those counting votes. So to characterize them as "illegally cast" is a bit disingenuous. A more apt term would be "illegally counted". Big difference.
Additionally, "the judge found that the Republicans failed to prove that Gregoire received one illegal vote among those improperly cast. In fact, he said, the only "clear and convincing" evidence he saw was the statements of four felons who said they voted for Rossi and one who said he cast a ballot for a Libertarian candidate."

It wouldn't hurt you to do a little research before coming on here and sounding like an idiot. Links also help.
Let me guess...now you're going to claim that the judge was an activist. Well, people from both parties disagree.

Cool stories. So let me know how the trials turn out. Meanwhile, the WA trial, the one you were referencing? That's been over for 7 years, and you're wrong about it.
