Notice the Falcons, almost their whole roster was drafted by them or were undrafted FA. That is the way you build a team.

I have no problem with the way Denver built their team. There's little substitute for NFL experience. If the right pieces of the puzzle are on other teams, that's what we need to get...and we did just that...

It's crazy seeing the gap in years between the really old guys on the teams and everyone else. Ray Lewis was drafted in 96' and the next closest was 2002. Lions have the best though, Jason Hansen was drafted in 1992 with Backus (who has been around forever seemingly) is 2001

That depends, for a good team that is pretty solid - for a bad team it just means you are starting rookies and 2nd year players like crazy.

What I thought was amazing is Baltimore has 15 undrafted free agents on their squad

GB has fifty players on their roster that were drafted or signed as college free agents by them.

For the Chiefs they should just show one of the fields as Scott Pioli's dung hole and each starter has a poo icon next to it.

I don't either once they signed Manning all the rules have changed. I'm sure they would not have been as active in FA if Tebow was still the QB.

Still it is nice to see players drafted and developed

Interesting chart. It appears that the good drafting teams(Balt.,Pitt.,GB, etc.) have 30 or more players that were drafted. It also appears that we got hurt from 2007-2009. Some of the good teams seem to have more players from that period. I also found it interesting that Orakapo is the only player the Skins have left from the 2009 draft.

Anyway, I think we are in good shape overall. Give it another draft or two and I think we will be right there with 30 or more drafted/UDFA players.
