Dude looks like the best QB on the field right now. 2 TD's already and near perfect passing.

I'm so glad some jackass started him against me in fantasy. I have the worst luck.

Shanny has done an excellent job of putting together stuff that fits RG3's style of play with his bread and butter stuff. Good show so far.

good for him.

I really don't have anything useful to add to this thread. So I'll just mention that if anyone wants to make that little squiggly thing on the "c" in Garçon's name, just hold down your ALT key and type in 0231 on your keypad.

Impress your friends.

You know all you had to do is give Shanahan a great QB and they will win. He has spent too long with the Jake Plummers of the NFL.

He has built a pretty good team in Washington all he needed was a QB.

He's right. He's been building it block by block and has added alot of good players in the last two years. It's not something that can be accomplished overnight. They should be good this year. Keep denying reality.

The Skins have a rookie RB named Morris who just scored a TD. He was drafted in the 6th round..... hmmmmmm

Last minute, decided against starting him in my league. His running style is VERY similar to TD's.

Ah, yes....because one game makes a career...just ask Timmy Smith.

His style might be similar but I think he is smaller in size, probably weighs more and is a little quicker. He does not have many yards but he does have the TD.

EDIT: he is about the same size as Davis and maybe weighs a little more but there is a resemblance.

Well one can say that about almost every coach, now couldn't they?

And while RGIII is having a good day, let's keep it in perspective...it's only one game....Timmy Smith had one great game on the biggest stage in the NFL...so let's not start sculpting his bust for Canton just yet.....let's see how he does over a few seasons.

Really happy for Shanahan right now. Defense is playing well, and he got himself a stud QB. Hopefully he can hang with the big boys of the NFC East.

Shanahan should only be allowed to draft QB and RB.

RG3 is a perfect fit for Shanny's system. As long as his frame can hold up, Wahington should do well.

I'm really excited for Shanahan and his offense this year. It's going to make for some great football. I am over the Giants, not a Vick fan and obviously hate the Cowgirls. I would love to see Shanny take that division.

i don't think i've seen Shanny smile at and converse with a QB like that since Cutler.
he finally has his guy again and doesn't have to try to make them look good.

After having to deal with clowns like donawoman mcnabb, and grossman Shanny deserves a real QB. Happy for him.

They have been a club in disarray for the entire off season, I expect them to be a mess until their HC comes back.

Let's see where they are at in Week 8. Shanny is famous for fast starts and then playing .500 ball the rest of the wayl. Did it in Denver for 9 out of this last 10 years in Denver and has doen crap in Wash so far

Teams will get tape on RGII and adjust. Not saying they won't be good but I bet Shanny is Shanny by week 8 and the league will catch up to him

40 points! From the skins?! I cannot believe my eyes. I was apprehensive about all the hype because he didn't even take a regular season snap, but man he was awesome.

Now all I need is the Broncos to beat the **** out of the steelers. Looking forward to seeing Manning at M&T bank stadium against Baltimore later this year. Let's just hope he lasts that long and the Broncos are playing as expected. I still worry about Manning lasting 16 games...

He will make a spectacular circus catch on one play and then drop a 5 yard dumpoff. If he could become more consistent he would be amazing.

Garcon is a good receiver, he just needs to be more consistent. Also was injured after that big TD, IIRC.

I put DeAngelo Williams (FAIL) at flex over him. If not, I'd have over 100 points right now. :~ohyah!:
