I'm 38 and 6 months ago about 50 pounds overweight. I started the beachbody Insanity workouts and have dropped 35 pounds. It's a 63 day program but if you are serious it will change your body. I'm breakin for another 3 weeks and then I'm gonna start it up again. www.teambeachbody.com
Better option than shrinkin your berries IMO.

I say go for it!
Sincerely,

Seriously, and i say this not to be a jerk, get off your ass and work for it. Your habits determine who you are--so who are you?
p.s. Insanity kicks ass but no matter what program you pick, consistent persistence is the first ingredient. You could probably make serious progress with little more than a good protein supplement and maybe some creatine.

There is no magic pill. I would highly recommend NOT taking steroids and instead do what has already been mentioned; pick out a workout routine and attack it! Just get out and run, or join something that gets you more active from time-to-time.
I've seen lots of out of shape people at 5ks, and that's ok! A lot of folks are getting back to the active lifestyle and they're applauded for it. Sign up for one so you have a goal. Best of luck!

the problem with steroids is the people who have no business using them, using them.
steroids are not a magic pill to make all your body comp problems go away, getting to a gym and eating better are. the problem with stuff like this is people think it takes a magic formula to get bigger, lose fat etc. do something more than you are currently doing and you are on the right path.

Yes, I understand that. I just wanted to try a 12 week cycle and see what the results would be. But it seems no one here has ever tried them to offer some safe tips and advice.
Here's a safe tip: If you value your liver and balls don't even go this direction.
