There is speculation the New York Jets could look to trade OG Vladimir Ducasse after awarding the starting left guard spot to OG Matt Slauson.

IIRC, alot of folks were pretty high on this guy coming out of college. Not sure what happened with the NYJ or if he just isn't any good.

I wonder if a change of scenery would do him good and would Denver be interested if he were to become available?

Anything that offense discards probably isn't worth bothering with.

Thanks for posting a picture of the guy. With a name like Vladimir Ducasse, I was wondering whether or not he was going to start sucking the blood of DTs...Hilarious!

He was always considered a "project" player but he just hasn't developed like a second round player should. It depends how bad he wants it, but he'll probably be bouncing around from team to team for a while. I would let some other team take the risk.

translation: i dont know who this guy is or anything about him, and i certainly didnt bother reading up on him before posting this, but we (and by we, i mean people who actually know something about football) should get him (and by him i mean some guy i have a vague recollection of hearing his name before)

I was high on Ducasse in the 2010 draft...seems like his development hasn't been going so well. He might be a good RG, but this coaching staff appears to be highly invested in keeping things status quo on the OL.
