2.

I know this poster is a joke, but he brings up that same tired argument of Playoff losses for Manning....so I will post these again.

Playoff records:
Manning: 9-11
Marino: 8-10
Favre: 13-11
Brees: 5-4
Elway: 7-7 (pre 97/98 run)
Carson Palmer: 0-2
P. Rivers: 3-4
W. Moon: 3-7
Jim Kelly: 9-8

No significant statistical fluctuation vs. some of todays better QB's, Hall of Famers....and Palmer

OF course I can. IF Puss arm is trying to throw an out pass and he doesn't have the arm strength to get it there. The DB able to break on the ball and intercept it. No that doesn't raise the red flags. Okay maybe not in your little world.

See your not much of a math major now where you? That isn't the full equation is it. We are talking about a Qb who has four serious neck surgeries , didn't play at all in 2011, and never played in this offense and with most of these players.

What he did for the Colts is in the past, all any real Denver Bronco fans cares is how is he going to perform for the 2012 Bronco's and beyond.

I'm curious to see how Peyton Manning looks too. And I hope he looks horrible. But no matter how he looks in the 1 or 2 series he plays in, I'm pretty sure it'll have nothing to do with any playoff game ever played in any sport in any known universe.

It's also likely that nothing tangible about Manning will be established in regard to the actual season that begins in a month. Maybe in the 3rd game some shaky conclusions can be drawn, but nobody will know anything until the real games start.

Christ. How embarrassing. Anyway...

Ah the reasonable and succinct Raiders fan. We appreciate your kind.

Anything you write will not be credible. You follow a team that has had a decade of 4-5 win seasons. Follow a team that implodes on itself every year.

When was the last time the Bronco's beat the Raiders in Denver again. I remember when the Raiders use to break a sweat at least coming to Denver. They should just name the Bronco stadium - Siver and Black Stadium. It feels like home away from home for the Raiders.

How does it feel when things never change. Aren't you sick of losing to the Raiders.

Raiders have a few things going for them, but it won't be enough. I like some of the young WR, Moore especially. I love Mcfadden, when he'snot injured, which is only about half of each yr. The oline is suspect, the run defense is suspect, the corners are suspect. I like the safetys on the Raiders and IMO they will be getting a lot of work this yr.

No the point was even when Manning was at his top( his playoff record is dismal for a Qb with his reputation. That is a fact.

There is no telling what Peyton manning the Bronco's are getting. His reputation alone isn't winning any games. HE can't make all the throws and It going to effect the Bronco's offense. No matter how smart and accurate he is throwing short. (another fact)

Your logic gaps are astonishing. Almost as weak as your grammar.

I understand that we don't know what he'll do for the Broncos until he does that. No one disputes this.

There is an expectation for production because of who he is, because of what has been seen in training camp, and because of the analysis that exists by Doctors and football geeks alike. So that is where our hope and expectation come from.

Does anyone here actually give a **** if Peyton finally retires a Colt or a Bronco? I highly doubt it, so you arguing what team he'll go into the hall of fame with as a point of insult is a real head scratcher. You know, like your grammar.

People really stretching it, if they think you can discern much from ten plays of someone who hasn't played in over a year.

Was he less then perfect on a couple of his throws?: yes.

Was Chicago playing at full strength with Urlacher and Peppers out?: no.

But it was a key step in him getting ready for the regular season. Generally I don't care if we win pre-season games or not, but the defense was impressive and any game where we avoid serious injury (at least that was reported) is a good preseason game.

The same Chief fans that are claiming Manning has lost it, felt Bronco fans were nuts for ripping into KC's strategy in the preseason last year and how unready that team looked as a whole.
